As I always make a list before I going shopping because I think make it not only can help me buy anything that I need but also it's a help me to control my buttons which saves a lot of money and I think making a list how may to make the process more if.

Of course, I always make a list of for my work because I would like to stay organized, well organized. Well I think it's due to my MBTI tab I in TJ, which means I would like to plan ahead and it not only can help me work more efficiently but also can reduce myself.

While I think it depends on different personalities, you know, there are some people don't like it restrict their life because they prefer a write them and free lifestyle, which makes them feel more exciting. So I think it's very no more than some people don't like make making too much lists on their life.

I prefer to make a list are on my phone because I think if I write it on a paper I will list it. I will lose to it and it will lead to some bad thing but effort for my life and my work. So I prefer to make it on my phone or my iPad is really convenient and cheap.
