分数: 78.0建议: Be more concise and correct small grammatical errors (e.g., “patients family” → “patients’ families”). Start with a clear topic sentence, then give one or two specific supporting details. Use linking words to connect ideas (for example, “and” or “so”). Keep answers under five sentences.
示例: I work as a social worker at the Royal Melbourne Hospital. I have been a social worker for four years, working in both Ireland and Australia, so I mainly help patients’ families with discharge planning and accessing community services.
Where do you work?
分数: 72.0建议: Fix verb agreement and avoid repetition (e.g., “is” → “are”; remove duplicate mentions like “occupational therapists” twice). Use one linking phrase (e.g., “and” or “so”) to join duties and purpose. Add a specific example of a task to make content more concrete.
示例: I work at the Royal Melbourne Hospital. My main duties are collaborating with allied health professionals, such as physiotherapists and occupational therapists, to place the patient at the centre of decision-making; for example, I coordinate discharge plans for trauma patients to ensure safe follow-up care.
Is it a good place to work?
分数: 80.0建议: Keep the answer focused and avoid redundant phrasing (e.g., “in my opinion” is fine once). Use one linking word (e.g., “because”) to explain why it is good. Provide one specific example of an opportunity or resource to show concreteness.
示例: Yes, it is an excellent place to work because the hospital supports professional development and has strong community services; for example, we can refer patients to specialised mental health outreach teams and housing support programs.

× I work as a social worker so I am a healthcare professional and I'm currently employed in the Royal Melbourne Hospital.
✓ I work as a social worker, so I am a healthcare professional and I am currently employed at the Royal Melbourne Hospital.
Use of 'currently' with contraction is acceptable but 'at' is the correct preposition for employment place. Also add a comma before 'so' to join clauses correctly. Maintain present simple for current job.
× My experience ranges between Ireland and Australia and generally I work to support patients family through discharge planning and accessing of services.
✓ My experience ranges between Ireland and Australia, and generally I work to support patients' families through discharge planning and access to services.
Add comma before 'and' joining independent clauses. 'patients family' needs possessive plural 'patients' families'. 'accessing of services' is unidiomatic; use 'access to services' or 'accessing services'. Present simple fits ongoing role.
× My main duties in this hospital is to work alongside other allied healthcare professionals such as physios, OTS and occupational therapists through collaboration with the patient at the centre of all decision making.
✓ My main duties in this hospital are to work alongside other allied healthcare professionals, such as physios, OT and occupational therapists, collaborating with the patient at the centre of all decision making.
Subject 'duties' is plural so verb should be 'are' (subject-verb agreement). 'OTS' likely should be 'OT' for occupational therapist; remove redundancy. Use 'collaborating' (present participle) to show how duties are performed and commas to separate phrases.
× I work to support patients and families through trauma, experiencing life changes and extreme difficulty to support them through better experience.
✓ I work to support patients and families through trauma, life changes and extreme difficulty, helping them to have a better experience.
The phrase 'experiencing life changes' is awkward after listing; use parallel nouns 'life changes'. 'to support them through better experience' is ungrammatical; 'helping them to have a better experience' is clearer. Use commas for list separation.
× My main duties in this hospital is to work alongside other allied healthcare professionals such as physios, OTS and occupational therapists through collaboration with the patient at the centre of all decision making.
✓ My main duties in this hospital are to work alongside other allied healthcare professionals such as physiotherapists, occupational therapists and occupational therapists, collaborating with the patient at the centre of all decision-making.
Plural subject requires 'are'. Also use consistent and full job titles: 'physiotherapists' instead of 'physios' and avoid repeating 'occupational therapists'. Hyphenate 'decision-making'. (Note: earlier correction already addressed this; ensure consistent terminology.)
× I've worked in the Royal Melbourne Hospital for six months and the experience I have gained here would allow me to confidently recommend this role to any social worker who is possibly looking for work in Melbourne.
✓ I have worked at the Royal Melbourne Hospital for six months, and the experience I have gained here allows me to confidently recommend this role to any social worker who is looking for work in Melbourne.
Use 'at' for institutions. Present perfect 'have worked' is fine; 'would allow' is conditional and weak—use 'allows' because gained experience presently enables recommendation. 'possibly' is unnecessary and awkward.
× It has allowed me to expand my social work skills and patient advocacy and has also allowed me to gain a sense of work culture and great community amongst team mates.
✓ It has allowed me to expand my social work skills and patient advocacy, and has also helped me gain a sense of work culture and a strong sense of community among teammates.
Use 'helped me gain' rather than repeat 'allowed'. 'among' is more natural than 'amongst' in this context; 'teammates' is one word. Add articles for 'a sense' and 'a strong sense'.
× This isn't This decision has been made to expand on my learning experiences, specifically within the Irish social work system.
✓ This decision has been made to expand my learning experiences, specifically within the Irish social work system.
Original contains duplicated and fragmented phrase 'This isn't This decision'. Remove the fragment and use 'expand my learning experiences'. Ensure clear subject and verb.
× Through this I feel like the knowledge that I've gained so far and within future will equipped me for future social work roles around Melbourne.
✓ Through this, I feel the knowledge that I've gained so far and will gain in the future will equip me for future social work roles around Melbourne.
'Will equipped' is incorrect: use base verb 'equip' after 'will'. Better: separate past ('I've gained') and future ('will gain') knowledge. Add commas and correct verb forms.
