Do you like looking at yourself in the mirror? How often?
Thí sinh
Yes, I do, probably more often than I should. I don't know why, but I always think I look much better in the mirror than in photos. I usually check myself before going out, after taking a shower, and especially after doing my makeup. If I'm getting ready for a special occasion, I can easily spend an hour standing in front of the mirror.

Have you ever bought mirrors?
Thí sinh
Yes, I bought a small handheld mirror because it's really convenient to carry around. The one I have is actually a 2IN1 design. It comes with a built in comp which I think is super practical. It doesn't take up much space so I can just throw it into my bag and use it whenever I need to.

Do you usually take a mirror with you?
Thí sinh
Yes I do, I always keep a hand tail mirror in my back. It's useful for checking my makeup or making sure my hair still looks neat, especially after being outside for a while. It gives me a bit more confidence before meeting people.

Would you use mirrors to decorate your room?
Thí sinh
Not really, I think large decorative mirrors take up too much space. I'd rather stick a mirror onto my wardrobe because it looks neater and is more practical. Also, this might sound a bit strange, but I don't like looking into a mirror at night. For some reason it makes me feel a little uneasy, so I prefer not to have a big mirror facing my bed.

Ví dụ: I do like looking at myself in the mirror, and I check it several times a day. For instance, I usually look in the mirror before going out, after showering and especially when I do my makeup. I also notice I appear more flattering in the mirror than in photos, which is why I sometimes spend a long time perfecting my look for special occasions.
Have you ever bought mirrors?
Ví dụ: Yes, I have — I bought a small two-in-one compact mirror that’s very handy. It has a regular mirror on one side and a magnifying mirror on the other, so it doesn’t take up much space and fits easily in my bag when I’m out.
Do you usually take a mirror with you?
Ví dụ: Yes, I usually carry a handheld mirror in my bag. It’s handy for checking my makeup and fixing my hair after I’ve been outside, which helps me feel more confident before meeting people.
Would you use mirrors to decorate your room?
Điểm: 90.0Gợi ý: Trả lời mạch lạc với quan điểm rõ ràng và lý do thuyết phục; cấu trúc tốt. Có thể gộp một vài câu để cô đọng hơn và dùng từ vựng miêu tả hơn (ví dụ 'space-saving' thay vì 'take up too much space'), đồng thời giữ số câu trong giới hạn 4-5 câu.
Ví dụ: Not really — I find large decorative mirrors too space-consuming, so I prefer a mirror attached to my wardrobe because it’s neater and more practical. Also, I avoid having a big mirror facing my bed because looking into a mirror at night makes me feel uneasy.
× If I'm getting ready for a special occasion, I can easily spend an hour standing in front of the mirror.

✓ Yes, I bought a small handheld mirror because it is really convenient to carry around.
Minor stylistic change: contracted form 'it's' is acceptable in speech but for clarity use 'it is'. No grammatical error with articles. Suggestion: maintain full form in formal contexts.
× The one I have is actually a 2IN1 design.
✓ The one I have is actually a 2-in-1 design.
Use of numerals and hyphens: '2-in-1' is standard formatting. This is a formatting/word-choice issue rather than core grammar. Suggestion: write '2-in-1' for clarity.

✓ It comes with a built-in compact mirror, which I think is super practical.
Original 'comp' is incomplete and ambiguous; 'built-in' needs a hyphen when used as an adjective before a noun. Also add a comma before the nonrestrictive clause 'which I think...'. Suggestion: use full word 'compact mirror' and hyphenate 'built-in'.
× It doesn't take up much space so I can just throw it into my bag and use it whenever I need to.
✓ It doesn't take up much space, so I can just throw it into my bag and use it whenever I need to.
A comma is needed before 'so' when it connects two independent clauses. Suggestion: add comma for correct sentence structure.

✓ Yes, I do. I always keep a hand mirror in my bag.
'Hand tail mirror' is incorrect word choice; likely meant 'hand mirror' or 'handheld mirror'. 'In my back' is incorrect preposition and noun; correct phrase is 'in my bag'. Also punctuation: separate into two sentences or use commas correctly. Suggestion: use 'hand mirror' or 'handheld mirror' and 'in my bag'.
× It's useful for checking my makeup or making sure my hair still looks neat, especially after being outside for a while.

✓ I'd rather stick a mirror on my wardrobe because it looks neater and is more practical.
Use 'on' instead of 'onto' when describing attaching something to the surface of furniture in this context. 'Onto' implies movement onto a surface; 'on' is more natural here. Suggestion: use 'on my wardrobe'.
× Also, this might sound a bit strange, but I don't like looking into a mirror at night.
