× In my point of view, relaxing plays a very significant role in our life and recently I went to Chakrata for relaxation.
✓ From my point of view, relaxing plays a very significant role in our lives, and recently I went to Chakrata to relax.
Mixed tense and number issues: 'In my point of view' is non-idiomatic; use 'From my point of view'. 'Our life' should be plural 'our lives'. 'for relaxation' is grammatically OK but 'to relax' is more natural when describing purpose. Keep 'plays' (present) to state a general fact while 'recently I went' (past) is acceptable; the sentence is clearer when connected with 'and'.
× Chakrata is a small town which is located near Missouri.
✓ Chakrata is a small town that is located near Mussoorie.
Two issues: relative clause choice and place name spelling. Use 'that' or 'which' correctly; 'that is located' is idiomatic here. 'Missouri' is a US state; likely intended 'Mussoorie' (an Indian hill station). Also ensure proper noun spelling. If Massachusetts/US was intended, keep 'near Missouri' but check geography.
× It is a quiet and peaceful place which are related to natural things, natural beauty.
✓ It is a quiet and peaceful place that is surrounded by natural scenery and beauty.
Subject-verb agreement and word choice: 'which are related to natural things' is ungrammatical and vague. Use 'that is surrounded by' to describe the place and 'natural scenery and beauty' is a natural collocation.
× Well I'm an introverted person since my childhood so I do not love lot of friends circle.
✓ Well, I have been an introverted person since my childhood, so I do not like large circles of friends.
Tense: 'since my childhood' requires present perfect ('have been'). Word choice: 'do not love lot of friends circle' is incorrect; use 'do not like large circles of friends' or 'do not like having a large circle of friends.'
× However I like to go with my favorite friend church it and he's also my neighbor.
✓ However, I like to go with my close friend Churchit, and he is also my neighbor.
Pronoun and punctuation issues: 'favorite friend church it' seems to be a name 'Churchit'; separate name from the sentence and use 'he is' rather than 'he's' in formal correction. 'Favorite' may be better as 'close' depending on meaning.
× Most of the time I go to park with church for walking.
✓ Most of the time I go to the park with Churchit for a walk.
Articles and proper nouns: need 'the park'. Use the person's name 'Churchit' capitalized. 'for walking' is better as 'for a walk.'
× Undoubtedly, like listening to music is relaxing because when, whenever I listen music, that time I feel very anesthetic.
✓ Undoubtedly, listening to music is relaxing because whenever I listen to music, I feel very relaxed.
Grammar and word choice: remove extraneous 'like' after 'Undoubtedly'. Use 'listen to music' (verb + preposition). 'I feel very anesthetic' is incorrect; 'anesthetic' is a noun/adjective used for numbness; use 'relaxed'. Also avoid 'that time' which is unnecessary.
× According to my according to my mood, I choose different type of music such as sometime I listen Hollywood move, uh, music volume mode, uh, apart from this, I also like Punjabi songs.
✓ Depending on my mood, I choose different types of music; sometimes I listen to Hollywood movie music, instrumental music, and I also like Punjabi songs.
Repetition and structure: 'According to my according to my mood' is redundant; use 'Depending on my mood.' 'Different type' should be plural 'different types'. Use 'sometimes' not 'sometime'. 'listen to Hollywood movie music' needs 'to' and correct phrasing. 'music volume mode' is unclear; I suggested 'instrumental music' as a likely intention. Keep sentences concise.
× It depends on my mood.
✓ It depends on my mood.
Sentence is grammatically correct and appropriate present tense for habitual choice; no change needed.
× Sometime I go to walk with my mother and my cousins.
✓ Sometimes I go for a walk with my mother and my cousins.
Adverb form: 'Sometime' should be 'Sometimes'. Use 'go for a walk' rather than 'go to walk'.
× Apart from this sometime I like to watch different type of web series at my home and during watching web series I eat different type of snacks such as pohas sandwich with a cup of tea and coffee.
✓ Also, sometimes I like to watch different types of web series at home, and while watching them I eat various snacks such as poha, sandwiches, with a cup of tea or coffee.
Pluralization: 'different type' -> 'different types'. 'Sometime' -> 'sometimes'. Word order: 'at my home' -> 'at home'. 'during watching web series' -> 'while watching them'. Food items: 'pohas sandwich' unclear; likely 'poha' (singular) and 'sandwiches'. Use 'or' between tea and coffee. Improve overall fluency and parallelism.
