Ngữ pháp

1: Singular and plural issue

× Yes, I made craft with paper since I was eight years old.

✓ Yes, I have made crafts with paper since I was eight years old.

The countable noun craft should be plural because the student is referring to crafts in general. The present perfect form have made is also appropriate for an activity that started in the past and continues to the present.

22: Article errors

× He taught me about how to make a swan with a paper.

✓ He taught me how to make a swan with paper.

Paper is generally an uncountable material, so it does not need the article a. Also, taught me how to make is the natural structure.

26: Sentence structure errors

× All of the classmates are not learning because they do not.

✓ None of my classmates learned because they were not interested.

The original sentence is incomplete because do not has no following verb or complement. A complete sentence needs a clear subject, verb, and ending.

Use an before a word that begins with a vowel sound. Origami begins with a vowel sound, so an is required instead of a.

12: Incorrect use of pronouns

× I liked to make an origami boat which I which it fascinates me a lot.

✓ I liked to make an origami boat, which fascinated me a lot.

The relative clause contains unnecessary repeated pronouns. Use only which as the subject of the relative clause. Because the student is describing a childhood experience, fascinated should be in the past tense.

5: Past tense issue

× I liked to make an origami boat, which fascinated me a lot.

✓ I liked to make an origami boat, which fascinated me a lot.

The verb fascinates should be changed to fascinated because the question asks about the student’s childhood and the main verb liked is in the past tense.

8: Verb + -ing form

× I enjoy a very lot for making that boat.

✓ I really enjoyed making that boat.

After enjoy, use a gerund ending in -ing, such as making. The phrase a very lot for making is not grammatically correct; really enjoyed making is the natural structure.

22: Article errors

After I do not think, use the conjunction that to introduce the clause. The phrase I do not think so cannot directly introduce a subject and verb in this sentence.

3: There be issue

× Today’s generation there is so many smart things.

✓ In today’s generation, there are so many smart devices.
