× Also it helped me hide my self-conscious and I wear them at home most of the time.
✓ Also it helped me hide my self-consciousness and I wear them at home most of the time.
The phrase 'self-conscious' is an adjective; the noun form 'self-consciousness' is required after 'hide'. Use the correct noun form to match the verb 'hide'. Replace 'self-conscious' with 'self-consciousness' to convey hiding the feeling. Also ensure consistency of tense and meaning.
× For me I prefer to wear comfortable and casual clothes rather than smart clothes because I don't really know how to wear smart clothes and I don't have that much money to pay for clothes so I just wear what is most comfortable for me like T-shirt and shorts.
✓ For me I prefer to wear comfortable, casual clothes rather than smart clothes because I don't really know how to wear smart clothes and I don't have much money to spend on clothes, so I just wear what is most comfortable for me, like T-shirts and shorts.
Use 'much' (not 'that much') in negative contexts is acceptable but 'that much' is colloquial; 'spend on' is the correct verb phrase for money. Also use plural 'T-shirts' to match 'many' items and add commas for clarity.
× I have many T-shirts and di different kinds of color because I feel comfortable wearing it and it really show that I don't care about clothes.
✓ I have many T-shirts in different colors because I feel comfortable wearing them and they really show that I don't care about clothes.
Several issues: 'di' is a typo for 'in'; use plural 'colors' after 'different'; pronoun must agree with plural 'T-shirts' so use 'them' not 'it'; verb must agree with plural subject so 'show' becomes 'show' (already correct) but needed 'they really show'. Adjust word order to natural English.
× Uh, for example when I when I'm about to go out I will spend more time in choosing clothes because I want to look better out, but when I don't go anywhere I just pick a random piece in my closet so it doesn't take time.
✓ For example, when I'm about to go out I spend more time choosing clothes because I want to look better, but when I don't go anywhere I just pick a random piece from my closet so it doesn't take long.
Remove redundant 'when I'; 'will' is unnecessary — use present simple for habitual actions. Use 'choosing' without 'in' after 'time'. 'Look better out' is awkward; 'look better' suffices. Use 'from my closet' and 'it doesn't take long' for natural phrasing.
× On weekdays if I have school I will have to wear uniform because it is the most appropriate and mandatory for the school.
✓ On weekdays, if I have school I have to wear a uniform because it is required and mandatory for the school.
Use present simple 'have to' for scheduled/habitual obligations rather than 'will have to'. Add article 'a' before 'uniform'. 'Required' or 'mandatory' duplicates meaning; keep one and use 'required' for clarity.
× But on weekends I don't really care about what I wear. I just grab whatever I have in the closet and I go out. Maybe AT shirt or shorts.
✓ But on weekends I don't really care what I wear. I just grab whatever I have in the closet and go out, maybe a T-shirt or shorts.
'Omit 'about' after 'care' when followed by a clause. Remove redundant 'I' before 'go out'. 'AT' is a typo; use 'a T-shirt'. Add article 'a' before 'T-shirt'.
× If people ever look at my wardrobe they would notice that I only wear black and white clothes.
✓ If people look at my wardrobe they will notice that I only wear black and white clothes.
This conditional mixes tenses incorrectly. For a real possibility, use first conditional: 'If people look... they will notice' or zero conditional 'If people look... they notice'. 'Ever' is unnecessary here.
× It's just a personal interest, but I prefer neutral tones and monochrome colors because they are easy to mix with different types of outfits and it it.
✓ It's just a personal preference, and I prefer neutral tones and monochrome colors because they are easy to mix with different types of outfits.
'Personal interest' is less natural than 'personal preference'. Use 'and' instead of 'but' since the second clause continues the idea. Remove duplicated 'it it' which is a typo and unnecessary.
