× To in my daily life I seldom use headphones.
✓ In my daily life, I seldom use headphones.
应使用常见的时间状语短语“In my daily life”放在句首,之后主语和谓语保持正常顺序,中文解释:删掉多余的“To”并将短语改为“in my daily life, I seldom use headphones”。
× I prefer use airports or airport because just like you see I wear glasses and wearing headphones will stress my ear and my nose which makes me really uncomfortable.
✓ I prefer not to use headphones because, as you can see, I wear glasses and wearing headphones presses on my ears and nose, which makes me really uncomfortable.
原句中“prefer use airports or airport”完全不符合语义,且“stress my ear and my nose”用词不当。应使用短语“prefer not to use headphones”表达偏好;动词press on更自然地表示压迫感;修正了单复数和标点。中文建议:用“prefer not to use headphones”表达不喜欢使用耳机,使用“presses on my ears and nose”更符合英语习惯。
× But if there is a exam just like this, I need to wear a. Phone to attend the exam.
✓ But if there is an exam like this, I need to wear a headphone to take the exam.
存在冠词用法错误(a exam应为 an exam)和句子结构不完整(a. 此外动词短语“attend the exam”可以用“take the exam”更自然。
× Well, since I'm really wear headphones, it may be a little tricky for me to handle a range of headphones.
✓ Well, since I really can't wear headphones, it may be a little tricky for me to handle a range of them.
应为“I really can't wear headphones”表示不能戴;同时“a range of headphones”后用代词“them”更自然。
× But I really know one sort of headphone that is used for exams like this which is connected with the computer and you can use it to speak.
✓ But I do know one type of headphone used for exams like this, which connects to the computer and lets you speak.
更自然的表达是“one type of headphone... which connects to the computer and lets you speak”。中文建议:用“type of headphone”并把定语从句简化为“which connects... and lets you speak”。
× So in some schools classrooms you can use it to speak to teacher only in your headphones.
✓ So in some school classrooms you can use it to speak to the teacher using only your headphones.
原句“schools classrooms”重复且缺少定冠词“the teacher”;“in your headphones”介词用法不当,应为“using your headphones”或“with your headphones”。
× There are two kind of occasions when I have to use headphones.
✓ There are two kinds of occasions when I have to use headphones.
“two kind”中的名词应为复数“kinds”。中文建议:数字+名词时注意名词单复数形式(two kinds)。
× First is in when I had to complete a listening test.
✓ First is when I have to complete a listening test.
× I need the headphone which is connected to the computer and have a small microphone built in it so that I can speak to the teacher and complete my listening test and speaking test and another occasion.
✓ I need the headphone which is connected to the computer and has a small built-in microphone so that I can speak to the teacher and complete my listening and speaking tests.
原句中动词一致性(have->has)和“built in it”位置不当;此外句子结尾“and another occasion”不连贯,应去掉或另起句。中文建议:主语和谓语保持一致(which is... and has...),并使用“built-in microphone”。
× Says that in some important occasions I'll need headphones to translate something to the guest.
✓ For example, in some important occasions I'll need headphones to translate something for guests.
开头“Says that”不合语法,可能是语气词误用;“translate something to the guest”介词用法可改为“translate something for guests”。中文建议:删除多余短语并把“to the guest”改为更自然的“for guests”。
× In most of the conditions in my daily life, I'll definitely not use a headphone.
✓ In most situations in my daily life, I definitely don't use headphones.
“In most of the conditions”表达笨拙,且混用将来时“I'll”与一般事实时不一致;将来时改为一般现在时“don't use headphones”,并把名词改为复数更自然。
× For example, when I go when when I on my way to my university, I'll prefer to use earbuds because they are light and also they are easy, they don't have to.
✓ For example, when I'm on my way to university, I prefer to use earbuds because they are light and easy to carry.
原句有重复“when when I on”,时态与结构混乱,且“they are easy, they don't have to”不完整。改为“I'm on my way”并用“easy to carry”完整表达。
× And they were not pressed against my ears and constant and made me feel uncomfortable.
✓ They don't press against my ears constantly and make me feel uncomfortable.
原句时态混乱(were not pressed应为don't press),且“constant”应为副词“constantly”。
× Obviously to me definitely no, because I wear glasses and wearing a headphone will press against my ears and consequently the glasses will hurt my nose which makes me feel really uncomfortable after a while, even in a very short time.
✓ Obviously, for me, definitely not, because I wear glasses and wearing headphones presses against my ears and consequently the glasses hurt my nose, which makes me feel really uncomfortable after a short time.
句子中“definitely no”不自然,应为“definitely not”;“a headphone”应为复数或无冠词“headphones”;“press against my ears”需用第三人称单数“presses”。
× So if I have the choice, I would prefer to wearing earbuds instead.
✓ So if I have the choice, I would prefer to wear earbuds instead.
“prefer to”后接动词原形,而不是动名词。中文建议:记住结构“prefer to do something”,不要用“prefer to doing”。
× Stuff a heavy and, umm, unconvenient headphone.
✓ A heavy and inconvenient pair of headphones.
