In what conditions would you not use headphones?
Thí sinh
Well, I usually don't use headphones. Firstly, I don't like the design of it. It's really big and because I wear glasses, it gives too much pressure on my ear, my neck and my head. So it's just trouble to use one. Instead, it's easier for me to go for earphones.

Is wearing headphones comfortable?
Thí sinh
Absolutely not comfortable and a lot of my friends have been suggesting me that one of the reasons that I don't like to wear headphones is just because the headphones that I've worn before were extremely cheap and the experience that I had with them weren't good. But I doubt that I still prefer to wear wired earphones.

Ví dụ: No, I don’t usually use headphones. I find over-ear headphones uncomfortable because they press on my head and neck, so I prefer wired earphones since they are lightweight and easy to carry.
What type of headphones do you use?
注意时态和表达准确性(例如“haven't bought any headphones in my life”矛盾于之前说不使用耳机)。
Ví dụ: Actually I don’t own any headphones at the moment because I find them too bulky. If I were to buy one, I would choose a reputable brand like Sony or Apple for their reliable sound quality and good after-sales service.
When would you use headphones?
Ví dụ: I only wear headphones when it’s necessary. For instance, during a university listening exam I had to use headphones, so I wore them for that specific purpose.
In what conditions would you not use headphones?
Ví dụ: I generally avoid headphones because they’re bulky and uncomfortable. For example, they press against my glasses and cause pain on my ears and neck, so I prefer small wired earphones instead.
Is wearing headphones comfortable?
注意主谓一致和时态(e.g., experiences were not good)。
Ví dụ: No, I don’t find them comfortable. The cheap headphones I tried were ill-fitting and caused discomfort, so I still prefer using wired earphones for comfort and convenience.
× No, I'm not a big fan of using headphones because they put lots of unnecessary pressure both in your head and on your neck.
✓ No, I'm not a big fan of using headphones because they put lots of unnecessary pressure on both your head and your neck.
应使用“on both your head and your neck”而不是“both in your head and on your neck”。
× What I prefer to use instead is wired earphones.
✓ What I prefer to use instead are wired earphones.
× To be honest, I haven't bought any headphones in my life because how bulky it is to use.
✓ To be honest, I haven't bought any headphones in my life because they are too bulky to use.
原句有两处问题:一是用法不当的结构“because how bulky it is to use”不符合英语表达;二是指代单复数错误,headphones 应与复数代词 they 连用。改为“they are too bulky to use”更自然。
× However, if I have to purchase one, I would definitely purchase trustworthy brands such as iPhone because they have really great after purchase services that they offer.
✓ However, if I had to purchase one, I would definitely buy reliable brands such as iPhone because they offer really great after-sales service.
短语“after purchase services that they offer”不自然,常用“after-sales service”或“customer service”。
× Well, if it were totally up to me, I would use headphones when it is mandatory to use.
✓ Well, if it were totally up to me, I would use headphones when it is mandatory to do so.
× For example, when I was in university, I had to take an exam which required me to wear headphones for listening purposes and in that case I would definitely wear one.
✓ For example, when I was in university, I had to take an exam which required me to wear headphones for listening, and in that case I definitely wore them.
× Firstly, I don't like the design of it.
✓ Firstly, I don't like the design of them.
× It's really big and because I wear glasses, it gives too much pressure on my ear, my neck and my head.
✓ They're really big and because I wear glasses, they put too much pressure on my ears, my neck and my head.
× Absolutely not comfortable and a lot of my friends have been suggesting me that one of the reasons that I don't like to wear headphones is just because the headphones that I've worn before were extremely cheap and the experience that I had with them weren't good.
✓ They're absolutely not comfortable, and a lot of my friends have been suggesting to me that one of the reasons I don't like to wear headphones is that the ones I've worn before were extremely cheap and the experience I had with them wasn't good.
2) “suggesting me” 不正确,常用 suggest to me 或 tell me。3) “the headphones that I've worn before were extremely cheap” 表述可改为 the ones I've worn before;4) “the experience ... weren't good” 主语 experience 为单数,谓语应为 wasn't。
× But I doubt that I still prefer to wear wired earphones.
✓ But I doubt it; I still prefer to wear wired earphones.
原句结构含糊,“I doubt that I still prefer...” 改为“I doubt it; I still prefer...”
