Thí sinh

No, I still don't like going to the parks because they are usually crowded and because there are many insects. I prefer walking on my terrace, however I do visit the parks occasionally. And in my childhood I used to love them for the swings, however there aren't much parks with good swings in the present.

Thí sinh

I do like being in the nature, however I'm not a big fan of visiting the parks so there aren't any on my mind that I would love to visit in the future. However if I come across some really good parks that actually have more of swings and they are more connected to the nature and I get a good company I would love to.

Part 1

Did you like going to parks as a child?

Điểm: 78.0

Gợi ý: Your answer is relevant and gives a clear contrast between preferring to stay indoors and occasionally visiting parks. However, the first sentence is slightly long and repetitive, and “go to parks or any other place that often” is unnatural. Use a concise topic sentence followed by one specific childhood detail, such as what you did in the park or why you found it relaxing. Connect the ideas with linking words such as “although” or “however.”

Ví dụ: I did not visit parks very often as a child because I generally preferred staying indoors. However, I enjoyed going there occasionally, especially to play on the swings and get some fresh air. I found those visits quite relaxing.

Do you still like going to parks now?

Điểm: 68.0

Gợi ý: You answer the question directly and provide reasons, but the response contains repetition of “because” and “however,” as well as an awkward sentence beginning with “And.” Correct “there aren't much parks” to “there aren't many parks,” and say “in the present” as “nowadays.” The answer also contradicts itself slightly by saying you do not like parks but visit them occasionally; clarify that you dislike crowded parks but enjoy quieter ones. Avoid repeating the childhood point unless it directly supports your current opinion.

Ví dụ: I do not enjoy visiting parks as much as I did when I was a child. Nowadays, they are often crowded and full of insects, so I usually prefer walking on my terrace. However, I sometimes visit a quiet park, especially if it has good play equipment and is not too busy.

Would you like to see more parks in your city?

Điểm: 54.0

Gợi ý: Your main opinion is understandable, but the answer is difficult to follow because it contains several ideas in one long sentence. Correct “water podies” to “water bodies,” “more of water bodies and less of parks” to “more water bodies and fewer parks,” and “I would not prefer seeing” to “I would not want to see.” Most importantly, your reasoning is unclear: you seem to say that you do not want more parks because the existing ones are small and unattractive, but this is not a logical reason. Explain whether you would support more parks if they were well-designed and useful for families.

Ví dụ: Yes, I would like to see more parks in my city. Although my city is famous for its lakes and other water bodies, it does not have many attractive green spaces. New parks with trees, walking paths, and areas for families would make the city more pleasant, especially at weekends.

Are there any parks you want to go to in the future?

Điểm: 71.0

Gợi ý: You communicate your preference clearly and give conditions under which you would visit a park. However, “being in the nature” should be “being in nature,” “there aren't any on my mind” is unnatural, and the final sentence is incomplete because it ends with “I would love to.” Avoid using “however” twice and make the conditional sentence complete by adding “visit them.” You could also name a type of park or describe specific features, such as natural scenery, quiet walking trails, or good company.

Ví dụ: I do not have a particular park in mind because I am not a regular park visitor. However, I would like to visit a quiet park surrounded by trees and natural scenery. If it had comfortable walking trails, good swings, and pleasant company, I would definitely enjoy spending time there.
