问题包括:"one of the best way" 应为复数名词 "ways";"unwed" 拼写错误,应为 "unwind";句子过长且结构混乱,缺少连接词或正确时态;"some pages" 更自然为 "a few pages";"which I interested in" 缺少系动词,应为 "which I am interested in";"forget the noise, noises" 冗余且动词时态应改为现在分词短语 "forgetting the noise"。

原句主要问题是词汇搭配不自然:"remember the knowledge" 更常见的表达是 "remember the material" 或 "remember what I learned"。
× But when I umm, enjoy myself and relax myself, uh, I will not umm, read so carefully at that time.
✓ But when I enjoy myself and relax, I don't read so carefully at that time.
问题包括:在描述一般情况时应使用一般现在时(don't read),而不是将来时 "will not";"relax myself" 可简化为 "relax";重复使用时间短语(at that time)可删减或放在更自然的位置。
