Do you prefer to read on paper or on a screen?
Thí sinh
Both have their advantages but are more into reading ebooks. I usually read on my kindle or tablet because it's super light and I can buy or download a book in seconds so there's no need to wait and or go to a shop.

When do you need to read carefully, and when not?
Thí sinh
Sometimes when I'm reading something really important, like a phone notice or an introduction, I will read very slowly and carefully, making sure I'm not missing anything important. So other times when I'm reading something online on social media, I would just skim through to get a main idea.

Ví dụ: I prefer reading on a screen, especially on my Kindle. It's lightweight and convenient, and I can buy or download books instantly. However, I still enjoy paper books for their tactile feel and easier long-term reading.

Ví dụ: I read carefully when the content is important, such as instructions, official emails, or legal documents, because mistakes can have consequences. By contrast, I usually skim social media posts to get the main idea quickly and save time.
Do you prefer scanning or detailed reading?
Điểm: 76.0Gợi ý: 句子中有重复与口头语('Well like I mentioned', 'I I'm'),需要删除多余词并用更自然表达;可以增加具体场景和频率词汇(e.g., 'usually', 'occasionally')以使回答更有条理。
Ví dụ: I usually prefer scanning because it helps me process lots of information quickly. However, I switch to detailed reading for tasks like studying for exams or reviewing contracts, where accuracy matters.
× For me it's like the best stress believer.
✓ For me it's like the best stress reliever.
For me it's the best stress reliever."
× There's just something so calming about reading that can leave my mood and allow me to escape from reality.
✓ There's just something so calming about reading that can lift my mood and allow me to escape from reality.
建议记住常用搭配(lift someone's mood/cheer someone up)。
× Both have their advantages but are more into reading ebooks.
✓ Both have their advantages but I'm more into reading ebooks.
× I usually read on my kindle or tablet because it's super light and I can buy or download a book in seconds so there's no need to wait and or go to a shop.
✓ I usually read on my Kindle or tablet because it's super light and I can buy or download a book in seconds, so there's no need to wait or go to a shop.
原句中“wait and or go to a shop”中存在多余连词“and”与“or”同时使用,应选择其中一个。
× Sometimes when I'm reading something really important, like a phone notice or an introduction, I will read very slowly and carefully, making sure I'm not missing anything important.
✓ Sometimes when I'm reading something really important, like a phone notice or an introduction, I read very slowly and carefully, making sure I don't miss anything important.
原句混用了将来式或一般现在将来含义的"will read"与进行时"I'm reading",更自然的表达为一般现在时描述习惯性动作:"I read...",并把"I'm not missing"改为简单现在否定"I don't miss"以保持时态一致。
× So other times when I'm reading something online on social media, I would just skim through to get a main idea.
✓ Other times, when I'm reading something online on social media, I just skim through to get the main idea.
× Well like I mentioned, when I'm reading something really important I would prefer a detailed reading to make sure I don't miss anything important.
✓ Well, like I mentioned, when I'm reading something really important I prefer detailed reading to make sure I don't miss anything important.
另外"a detailed reading"可以简化为"detailed reading"或说"a detailed read"。
× But most of the time I I'm more into scanning because it's easier and I can read faster.
✓ But most of the time I'm more into scanning because it's easier and I can read faster.
