✓ In Korea, in every school, students have to wear school uniforms.
The noun 'school uniform' should be plural 'school uniforms' because it refers to the uniforms worn by multiple students across schools. Using the plural form correctly matches the plural subject 'students'.
× I don't know why still still school or some government institution or or maintaining this.
✓ I don't know why schools or some government institutions are still maintaining this.
The original sentence has repeated words and lacks proper structure. Correcting the sentence involves removing duplicates and adding the verb 'are' to form a complete sentence with subject-verb agreement.
× Luckily, the most teachers I met did their job very well.

The phrase 'the most teachers' is incorrect; it should be 'most of the teachers' to indicate the majority. 'Most' without 'the' is used for plural countable nouns to express majority.
