× I thought that I was good at memorizing things, but, and now, uh, when I get older, I think I have a short term memory because I can't even remember what I ate like yesterday.
✓ I used to think I was good at memorizing things, but now that I'm older, I think I have short-term memory problems because I can't even remember what I ate yesterday.
The speaker mixes past and present tense incorrectly and uses awkward phrasing. 'I thought that I was' suggests a past belief; use 'I used to think' to show change over time. 'When I get older' is wrong for current state; use 'now that I'm older'. 'Short term memory' should be 'short-term memory problems'. Remove filler words and redundant 'like'. Suggestion: use clear tense markers and concise nouns (e.g., 'I used to think... but now...').
× Actually, I can't remember. Have I ever forgotten something important? But I think I once forgot my keys at home and just umm, I thought that I lost my keys, uh, in the street, umm, but they were actually at home.
✓ Actually, I can't remember if I have ever forgotten something important. But I think I once left my keys at home and thought I had lost them on the street, although they were actually at home.
Tense and aspect errors: mix of present perfect and simple past should be consistent. 'Have I ever forgotten' is a question form; use a statement 'I can't remember if I have ever forgotten...'. 'Forgot my keys' is okay, but 'I thought that I lost' should be 'I thought I had lost' or 'I thought I had lost them' to show the earlier past perception. 'Left my keys at home' is a clearer collocation. Suggestion: use present perfect for life experiences and past perfect for an earlier past within a past context.
× I need to remember that I have extra classes, umm, three days a week and off, and also I have a gym also three days a week, but uh, not with, uh, English classes, not with my extra classes and that's it.
✓ I need to remember that I have extra classes three days a week, and I also go to the gym three days a week, but not on the same days as my English or extra classes.
Preposition and word choice issues: 'and off' is unclear; likely intended 'off' meaning days off — remove it. 'I have a gym' should be 'I go to the gym'. 'Not with' is awkward; use 'not on the same days as'. Suggestion: use correct verbs for activities ('go to the gym') and clear prepositions indicating time ('three days a week', 'on the same days as').
× I usually try to schedule them and write down them in a copy book or they rema or diary maybe so if I forgot something.
✓ I usually try to schedule things and write them down in a notebook or diary in case I forget something.
Incorrect use of object pronoun and verb forms: 'write down them' should be 'write them down'. 'Copy book' is nonstandard; use 'notebook'. 'They rema' is unclear; likely 'remind' or 'remainder' — replaced with 'in case I forget'. 'If I forgot something' mixes tenses; use 'in case I forget' for habitual actions. Suggestion: maintain correct object placement for phrasal verbs and use standard nouns.
× If I forget something I just open the diary and look at the date and just can remember.
✓ If I forget something, I just open my diary, look at the date, and I can remember.
Missing subject for 'can remember': in English, modal construction needs a subject — add 'I'. Also add commas for clarity and 'my diary' is more natural than 'the diary'. Maintain present simple for habitual action. Suggestion: include the subject before modal verbs and use consistent present tense for routines.
