× My hometown is the Thanabullah Khan and Sindh.
✓ My hometown is Thanabullah Khan in Sindh.
Using the definite article 'the' before a proper place name is incorrect here. Also use 'in' to show the location within a province. Suggestion: say 'Thanabullah Khan in Sindh.'
× It is a small town sounded by the natural sceneries and the mountains and I spend my most of time and my most my childhood there before moving to Karachi.
✓ It is a small town surrounded by natural scenery and mountains, and I spent most of my time and my childhood there before moving to Karachi.
'Sounded by' is incorrect; the correct verb is 'surrounded by' (preposition use). 'Sceneries' is usually 'scenery' (uncountable). Tense should be past 'I spent' because the action occurred before moving. 'Most of my time' and 'my childhood' need correct word order. Suggest using 'surrounded by natural scenery and mountains' and 'I spent most of my time and my childhood there.'
× The thing which I like the most about my hometown is the environment.
✓ The thing I like most about my hometown is the environment.
'The thing which I like the most' is wordy; use 'The thing I like most'. This is stylistic but also fixes unnecessary use of 'the' and 'which'.
× The environment is a friendly and the calm and second thing is the people.
✓ The environment is friendly and calm, and the second thing is the people.
Don't use the article 'the' before adjectives describing general qualities ('friendly and calm'). Word order was awkward; restructure into two coordinated clauses: 'The environment is friendly and calm, and the second thing is the people.'
× People are the very amazed and friendly people and I always feel relaxed whenever I visit it there.
✓ People are very friendly and welcoming, and I always feel relaxed whenever I visit there.
'The very amazed and friendly people' is ungrammatical. Use 'very friendly and welcoming' to describe people. Remove the redundant noun 'people' and incorrect 'it there'. Use 'visit there' or better 'visit it' — here 'visit there' is acceptable in informal speech; preferably 'when I visit.' Suggest: 'I always feel relaxed whenever I visit.'
× Honestly, I'm not currently living there because last year we moved to Karachi for my my study and for my father's business.
✓ Honestly, I'm not living there now because last year we moved to Karachi for my studies and my father's business.
Use 'I'm not living there now' or 'I don't live there now' for current state. 'My my study' is a repetition and should be 'my studies' (plural). Keep past tense 'we moved' for the relocation event.
× Yes, absolutely. It is amazing place for the young people because I believe that nowadays young people need a peaceful, peaceful and calm environment.
✓ Yes, absolutely. It is an amazing place for young people because I believe that nowadays young people need a peaceful and calm environment.
Missing indefinite article 'an' before 'amazing place'. 'The young people' is too specific; use 'young people' generally. Repetition 'peaceful, peaceful' is an error; use 'peaceful and calm'.
× So my hometown is a peaceful and a small and calm full environment.
✓ So my hometown has a peaceful, small, and calm environment.
Word order and article use are incorrect. 'Calm full' is ungrammatical; use 'calm environment' and reorder adjectives: 'peaceful, small, and calm environment' or better 'a small, peaceful, and calm town.' Suggest: 'My hometown is a small, peaceful, and calm town.'
× So it's a very good for young people.
✓ So it's very good for young people.
Unnecessary article 'a' before 'very good'. Correct form: 'it's very good for young people.'
