Bike— Part 1 Relatório

Sugestão: Answer directly, then add one specific detail about the bike or how you used it. Correct the past-tense errors: say “when I was a child” and “my dad bought me.” Avoid repeating the subject (“my dad he”).

Exemplo: Yes, I had a bike when I was a child. My dad bought me a small blue one, and I used to ride it around our neighborhood after school.

Sugestão: Give a direct answer and explain why bikes are popular, adding a specific example or detail. This will make your response more complete and conversational.

Exemplo: Yes, bikes are quite popular in my country, especially in smaller cities. They’re an affordable and convenient way to get around, and many people also ride them for exercise.

× Yes, when I am child, my dad he buy me a bike.

✓ Yes, when I was a child, my dad bought me a bike.

The question asks about a past childhood experience, so use the past-tense forms was and bought. Use bought, not buy, for the completed past action.

× Yes, when I am child, my dad he buy me a bike.

✓ Yes, when I was a child, my dad bought me a bike.

Child is a singular countable noun, so it needs an article. Use a before child.

× Yes, when I am child, my dad he buy me a bike.

✓ Yes, when I was a child, my dad bought me a bike.

My dad already identifies the subject, so the additional subject pronoun he is redundant. Use either my dad or he as the subject, not both in this sentence.
