Part 1

Examinador

What is your favourite food?

Candidato

My favorite food is homemade paneer and rice. This is something which I can eat every day and I almost eat it three times a week and I'm never fed up with it. I have been eating it since I was a child and I think I would eat it till I grew old, so this is lovely.

Examinador

What kind of food did you like when you were young?

Candidato

I used to love eating out while I was done, though today I'm not that fond of eating out because I think my body does not permits it, but I was very fond of junk food and street food while I was growing up.

Examinador

Do you eat different foods at different times of the year?

Candidato

Yes, I love to eat seasonal foods according to the season which is going on As for example I love to eat mangoes when it is a mango season. But I definitely avoid eating the foods which are not seasonal because I think they are not natural and I don't much appreciate eating such chemical layered things.

Examinador

Has your favourite food changed since you were a child?

Candidato

No, I think my favorite food is always a combination of rice and a Dal. Until still date it is the same. I don't know about future but till date I'm relishing that and I don't think it would change in future also.

Part 1

What is your favourite food?

Pontuação: 72.0

Sugestão: Make the response more concise and natural: start with a clear topic sentence, give one or two specific supporting details (why you like it, how often you eat it), and avoid repetition. Use linking words for coherence and correct small grammar errors (e.g., “I eat it three times a week” not “I almost eat it three times a week”, “until I grow old” not “till I grew old”).

Exemplo: I love homemade paneer with rice. I eat it about three times a week because it’s fresh and comforting, and I’ve enjoyed it since childhood. Because it’s simple and nutritious, I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of it.

What kind of food did you like when you were young?

Pontuação: 60.0

Sugestão: Clarify meaning and correct grammar. Begin with a clear topic sentence about past preference, then explain briefly why you liked it and contrast with now using linking words (e.g., “however” or “but”). Avoid unclear phrases like “while I was done” and fix verbs (e.g., “does not permit” → “doesn’t allow”).

Exemplo: When I was young, I loved eating street food and junk food. I enjoyed trying different snacks with friends, but now I rarely eat out because my stomach is more sensitive and I prefer healthier meals.

Do you eat different foods at different times of the year?

Pontuação: 70.0

Sugestão: Be more concise and use clearer vocabulary. Start with a direct answer, then give a specific example and a brief reason. Replace awkward phrases like “chemical layered things” with “heavily processed foods” and fix grammar and punctuation.

Exemplo: Yes, I prefer seasonal foods. For example, I eat a lot of mangoes in summer because they taste best then, and I usually avoid imported or heavily processed foods because they seem less natural and less healthy.

Has your favourite food changed since you were a child?

Pontuação: 68.0

Sugestão: Give a concise, natural answer with one clear reason and a linking word. Correct phrases like “until still date” to “to this day” and avoid repeating the same idea several times.

Exemplo: No, my favourite food hasn’t changed; it’s still rice and dal to this day because it’s comforting, easy to prepare, and reminds me of home.

Gramática

22:Article errors

× My favorite food is homemade paneer and rice.

My favorite food is homemade paneer and rice.

No article needed here; sentence is fine. (No change)

6:Present tense issue

× This is something which I can eat every day and I almost eat it three times a week and I'm never fed up with it.

This is something I can eat every day; I eat it almost three times a week and I never get fed up with it.

Use consistent simple present for habitual actions: 'I eat' rather than 'I almost eat' and 'get fed up' is the natural collocation rather than 'am never fed up'. Suggestion: use simple present for routines and idiomatic verb 'get fed up'.

5:Past tense issue

× I have been eating it since I was a child and I think I would eat it till I grew old, so this is lovely.

I have been eating it since I was a child and I think I will eat it until I grow old, so it is lovely.

Use present perfect continuous 'have been eating' is correct for duration from past to present. For the future intention, use 'will' (future) not 'would' and 'grow' not 'grew' (present/future form). Use 'until' instead of 'till' for formality and 'it is lovely' for clarity.

5:Past tense issue

× I used to love eating out while I was done, though today I'm not that fond of eating out because I think my body does not permits it, but I was very fond of junk food and street food while I was growing up.

I used to love eating out when I was younger, though today I'm not that fond of it because I think my body does not permit it. I was very fond of junk food and street food while growing up.

Replace incorrect phrase 'while I was done' with 'when I was younger'. 'Does not permit' should be 'does not permit' (permit is base form after does; original had 'permits' which is wrong). Split into two sentences for clarity and remove redundant words. Use 'while growing up' without 'I' for natural style.

11:Incorrect use of prepositions

× Yes, I love to eat seasonal foods according to the season which is going on As for example I love to eat mangoes when it is a mango season.

Yes, I love to eat seasonal foods according to the season. For example, I love to eat mangoes when it is mango season.

Avoid awkward phrases 'according to the season which is going on' and 'As for example'. Use 'For example' and the uncountable phrase 'mango season' (no article). Also remove redundant 'it is' before 'mango season'.

13:Incorrect use of adjectives or adverbs

× But I definitely avoid eating the foods which are not seasonal because I think they are not natural and I don't much appreciate eating such chemical layered things.

But I definitely avoid eating foods that are not seasonal because I think they are not natural, and I do not appreciate eating food with many chemicals.

Use 'foods that' instead of 'the foods which'; 'I don't much appreciate' is awkward—use 'I do not appreciate'. 'Chemical layered things' is ungrammatical; use 'food with many chemicals' or 'highly processed food'. Use parallel, clearer phrasing.

22:Article errors

× No, I think my favorite food is always a combination of rice and a Dal.

No, I think my favorite food has always been a combination of rice and dal.

Use present perfect 'has always been' to express continuity from past to present. Do not use article 'a' before 'dal' (uncountable/meal name). Lowercase 'dal'.

6:Present tense issue

× Until still date it is the same.

It is still the same to this day.

'Until still date' is unidiomatic. Use 'to this day' or 'still' to indicate continuity. Keep simple present 'is'.

7:Future tense issue

× I don't know about future but till date I'm relishing that and I don't think it would change in future also.

I don't know about the future, but to this day I am still enjoying it, and I don't think it will change in the future either.

Use 'the future' (article needed). Use 'to this day' instead of 'till date'. Use present continuous 'am still enjoying' for current ongoing enjoyment. For future prediction use 'will' not 'would'. Add 'either' rather than 'also' for negative sentences.
