× To be honest, that is really depend, but I believe that I could have memorizing things because I'm really good at learning by heart.
✓ To be honest, that really depends, but I believe that I can memorize things because I'm really good at learning by heart.
'is depend' is incorrect: the verb 'depend' requires the third person singular form 'depends' (subject 'that' -> singular). 'could have memorizing' is ungrammatical: use 'can memorize' to express ability in present. Use base verb 'memorize' after modal 'can'. Suggestions: use present simple 'depends' and 'can + base verb' for ability.
× I learned very quick but I still sometimes faced with difficult when I try to memory something.
✓ I learn very quickly, but I still sometimes face difficulties when I try to memorize something.
Mixed tenses: 'learned' (past) conflicts with present context; use present simple 'learn'. 'quick' should be adverb 'quickly'. 'faced with difficult' is wrong: use verb 'face' and plural noun 'difficulties'. 'try to memory' is incorrect: use 'try to memorize' (verb). Suggestions: keep consistent present tense, use adverb forms and correct verb-noun forms.
× Generally speaking I have never forgotten anything crucial, but sometimes I forget small things that not important for me like a key or some notebook because I always make lists and set reminder on my phone.

Missing auxiliary 'are' for 'that are not important'. Use 'to me' rather than 'for me' in this context. 'some notebook' incorrect article: use 'a notebook'. 'set reminder' should be plural 'set reminders' or 'set a reminder'. Suggestions: add 'are', use correct preposition 'to', and correct articles and pluralization.
× Recently I have an important exam, so I need to make plan every day.
✓ Recently I have an important exam, so I need to make a plan every day.
Missing article before 'plan'; use 'a plan' or 'plans'. 'Recently I have' is acceptable but consider 'I have had' if referring to ongoing period. Suggestions: include the indefinite article before countable noun.
× So I need to remember my plan, my new day with remind me to study, cooking or play sport.
✓ So I need to remember my plan and my new daily routine that reminds me to study, cook, or play sports.
Phrase 'my new day with remind me' is ungrammatical: use a noun phrase 'daily routine that reminds me'. Use parallel verbs in base form 'study, cook, or play'. 'play sport' should be 'play sports' or 'do sports'. Suggestions: use clear noun 'routine' and correct verb forms.
× To be honest, I thus remember important things in simple ways.
✓ To be honest, I therefore remember important things in simple ways.
'thus' is formal and awkward here; 'therefore' or 'so' is more natural. This is style more than grammar; no modal needed. Suggestions: use 'therefore' or 'so' for cause-effect.
× I don't tend to use complex ways because it's very hard to do so.
✓ I don't tend to use complex methods because it's very hard to do so.

✓ I just repeat the important things many times so I can get good at remembering them.
'can good at remember' is ungrammatical: use 'get good at' + gerund 'remembering'. Also add object 'them' for clarity. Suggestions: use 'get good at' + verb-ing and include pronoun for object.
