Bike— Part 1 採点レポート

提案: Your answer responds directly, but it would be more engaging with one specific detail, such as when you used the bike or what you enjoyed about it. Add a linking phrase like “I used to…” to develop your answer naturally.

例: Yes, I had a bike when I was a child. I used to ride it around my neighborhood after school, and I especially enjoyed going out with my friends.

提案: Give a clear reason or example to support your opinion, such as how people use bikes for commuting or exercise. Correct “many peoples” to “many people” and use “them” to refer to plural bikes. You could also specify which groups of people use them.

例: Yes, I think bikes are quite popular in my country. Many people use them to commute short distances or get some exercise, especially in cities with dedicated bike lanes.

× Yes, I think bikes are popular in my country because many peoples use and like it.

✓ Yes, I think bikes are popular in my country because many people use and like it.

People is already the plural form of person, so it does not take an -s. Use many people, not many peoples, when referring to a large number of people.

× Yes, I think bikes are popular in my country because many peoples use and like it.

✓ Yes, I think bikes are popular in my country because many people use and like them.

The pronoun it is singular, but it refers to bikes, which is plural. Use them to agree with the plural noun bikes.
