× I'm a big time karaoke queen and a big time bathroom singer.
✓ I'm a big-time karaoke queen and a big-time bathroom singer.
× I love doing it all the time.
✓ I love doing it all the time.
句子语法上无错误,但可根据语境改为更自然的表达,例如“I love doing it whenever I can.”。
× I love music and I love listening to it as much as I like singing.
✓ I love music, and I love listening to it as much as I love singing.
原句中最后一部分使用了“as much as I like singing”,与前文平行结构更自然应为“as much as I love singing”。
× Have you ever learnt how to sing?
✓ Have you ever learned how to sing?
× Not really. I didn't actually learn how to sing, but we did have singing classes in school.
✓ Not really. I didn't actually learn how to sing, but we did have singing classes at school.
虽然“in school”也常见,但“have class at school”更自然。
× We have music class in primary school, middle school, and high school I think.
✓ We had music classes in primary school, middle school, and high school, I think.
× So I guess I did learn how to sing, just not professionally.
✓ So I guess I did learn how to sing, just not professionally.
× Who do you want to sing for?
✓ Who do you want to sing for?
For whom do you want to sing?",但口语中以介词结尾是自然的。
× I don't really want to sing for anybody, I just want to sing for myself because it's fun.
✓ I don't really want to sing for anybody; I just want to sing for myself because it's fun.
× I would love to sing for my friends and high pops energy as well if we are throwing a party.
✓ I would love to sing for my friends and to boost the party's energy as well if we are throwing a party.
根据语境应表示“提升派对气氛/能量”,建议改为“to boost the party's energy”。
× Other than that I don't really know who I want to sing for.
✓ Other than that, I don't really know who I want to sing for.
× Yes 100% I grew up in a family where my dad thinks all the time, which I love seeing, can bring happiness to people.
✓ Yes, 100%. I grew up in a family where my dad thinks that music — which I love to see him enjoy — can bring happiness to people.
(26/13):“where my dad thinks all the time, which I love seeing, can bring happiness”语法结构不完整且“thinks all the time”不明所以。
× It means that you are enjoying the moment and the fathers say you enjoy the moment.
✓ It means that you are enjoying the moment, and others would say you are enjoying the moment.
× It affects them as well.
✓ It affects them as well.
× I always think that if somebody singing along to a song is create better more positive vibe.
✓ I always think that if somebody sings along to a song, it creates a better, more positive vibe.
× Do you like listening to others singing?
✓ Do you like listening to others sing?
动词形式问题(8/10):在“listen to”后应使用动词原形或动名词均可,但更自然的表达是“listen to others sing”或“listening to others singing”。
× Yes, I do. I enjoy listening to other people sing because it can be very relaxing and inspiring, especially when they perform live or sing with a lot of emotion.
✓ Yes, I do. I enjoy listening to other people sing because it can be very relaxing and inspiring, especially when they perform live or sing with a lot of emotion.
× For example, I often listen to friends sing at small gatherings or watch live concerts online, and I appreciate the variety of styles and the way a good voice can make me feel calm and excited.
✓ For example, I often listen to friends sing at small gatherings or watch live concerts online, and I appreciate the variety of styles and the way a good voice can make me feel calm and excited.
× I haven't taken any formal senior lessons at school.
✓ I haven't taken any formal singing lessons at school.
× We had singing classes where we learned basic techniques like breathing and pitch control, and now I still practice occasionally, usually vocal warmups or simple songs to keep my voice steady and improve my intonation.
✓ We had singing classes where we learned basic techniques like breathing and pitch control, and now I still practice occasionally, usually vocal warm-ups or simple songs to keep my voice steady and improve my intonation.
