Bike— Part 1 Informe

Sugerencia: Answer the examiner's question directly instead of repeating it. Start with a clear yes/no response, then add one or two specific details, such as when you rode your bike, where you used it, or why you enjoyed it. Use linking words such as “because” or “so” to connect your ideas naturally.

Ejemplo: Yes, I had a bike when I was a child. I usually rode it around my neighborhood after school because it was a fun way to spend time outdoors. I also used it to visit my friends during the weekends.

Sugerencia: Respond to the question rather than repeating it. Also, use the plural noun “bikes” because you are speaking about bicycles in general. Give a clear opinion and support it with specific reasons or examples, such as commuting, exercise, traffic, or cycling infrastructure.

Ejemplo: Yes, I think bikes are quite popular in my country, especially among young people and university students. They are affordable and convenient for short journeys, although many people still prefer cars because some cities do not have enough cycling lanes.

✓ Do you think bikes are popular in your country?

The plural noun bikes is needed because the question refers to bikes in general, not to one specific bike. Use the plural form when speaking about a general category of countable nouns.
