Bike— Part 1 Report

Suggestion: Ответ не отвечает на вопрос и показывает, что вы не поняли или не расслышали экзаменатора. Если вопрос непонятен, вежливо попросите повторить его: “Could you repeat the question, please?” Затем дайте прямой ответ с краткой причиной или деталью. Следует избегать однословных ответов, поскольку в Part 1 нужно продемонстрировать связную речь.

Example: Yes, I did. I had a small blue bike when I was about eight, and I often rode it around my neighborhood with my friends.

Suggestion: Ответ не связан с вопросом и не выражает мнение о популярности велосипедов. Начните с прямого ответа “Yes, I think they are” или “No, not really”, затем добавьте причину и конкретный пример. Используйте связующее слово, например “because”, чтобы логично развить ответ, и выбирайте лексику, относящуюся к теме велосипедов.

Example: Yes, I think bikes are quite popular in my country, especially among young people. They are affordable and convenient, and many people use them to exercise or travel short distances.

× It's so funny English.

✓ It's such funny English.

Use so before an adjective or adverb alone, as in 'It's so funny.' Use such before an adjective followed by a noun, as in 'such funny English.' Here, 'funny' modifies the noun 'English,' so 'such' is the correct word. However, this sentence does not answer the examiner's question. A more relevant answer would be: 'Yes, bikes are very popular in my country.'
