× I'm not very limited in the food choices to be honest.
✓ I'm not very limited in my food choices, to be honest.
The phrase 'in the food choices' is incorrect prepositional use and missing possessive pronoun. Use 'in my food choices' for proper noun phrase. Also add a comma before 'to be honest' as a parenthetical. Suggestion: include possessive 'my' and correct preposition usage.
× I do like culturally new foods to be new food.
✓ I do like trying new foods from different cultures.
The original sentence repeats 'new' and uses 'culturally' incorrectly. Use 'trying new foods from different cultures' to express the idea clearly. Suggestion: reorder words and use 'trying' with noun phrase.
× To be honest. I do like trying food from different cultures, countries, especially those I have never had a chance to try.
✓ To be honest, I do like trying foods from different countries, especially those I have never had a chance to try.
Fragmented sentence 'To be honest.' should be attached with a comma. Use 'foods from different countries' rather than 'food from different cultures, countries' for conciseness. Maintain plural 'foods' to match 'those'.
× So for now, I think Thai food is something that I'm really into.
✓ So for now, I think Thai food is something I'm really into.
Remove unnecessary 'that' for natural spoken English. No grammatical error major, just stylistic improvement.
× I've never really had a chance to try different types of food when I was young, so I would say out of lack of the choice, I was fond of Ukrainian cuisine, especially Bush.
✓ I never really had a chance to try different types of food when I was young, so I would say, due to the lack of choice, I was fond of Ukrainian cuisine, especially borscht.
Mixed use of present perfect 'I've never really had' with 'when I was young' (specific past time) is inconsistent; use simple past 'I never really had'. 'Out of lack of the choice' is ungrammatical—use 'due to the lack of choice'. 'Bush' is likely 'borscht' (spelling).
× It's a kind of traditional Ukrainian soup, very flavorful, very aromatic, and I do specifically like borscht that my mom.
✓ It's a traditional Ukrainian soup: very flavorful and aromatic, and I specifically like the borscht my mom makes.
The clause 'borscht that my mom' is incomplete—missing verb. Add 'makes'. Use article 'the' before 'borscht' to refer to a specific version. Also streamline punctuation and adverbs.
× At different times of the year, I do tend to eat different types of food, specifically because there are different types of food available at different times of the year.
✓ At different times of the year, I tend to eat different types of food because different foods are available then.
Repetition of phrases makes the sentence redundant. Remove duplicate wording and use 'then' to refer to those times. 'I do tend' can be simplified to 'I tend'.
× So for example, when during winter I am more prone to eating meat and during summer it's more vegetables and more.
✓ For example, during winter I am more likely to eat meat, and in summer I eat more vegetables.
The phrase 'when during winter' is incorrect—use 'during winter' or 'in winter'. 'Prone to eating' is acceptable but 'more likely to eat' is clearer. Ending 'and more' is incomplete; specify 'I eat more vegetables'.
× I would say that my food preferences have changed since I was a child.
✓ I would say that my food preferences have changed since I was a child.
This sentence is grammatically correct; no change needed. Use present perfect 'have changed' to describe change from past to present. (Included for completeness.)
× When I was little I used to despise any meat in my in my food, but these days as an adult I though I still do not like it, I can eat some.
✓ When I was little, I used to despise any meat in my food, but these days as an adult, although I still do not like it much, I can eat some.
Remove duplicated 'in my'. Spelling 'though' was incorrect as 'though' vs 'though' — original had 'though' misspelled as 'though'? It had 'though I still do not like it' missing comma and awkward structure. Add commas and 'although' for clarity, and 'not like it much' to sound natural. Ensure consistent tense: 'used to' for past habit and present 'can eat' for current ability.
