Do you prefer views in urban areas or rural areas?
Candidate
I feel rural areas are a better choice while considering the scenic beauty which is present in their. Because I myself am from Jammu and Kashmir and I come from a very rural place there and have seen like whenever we wake up or we go to a terrace or we come out of our rooms and go out in the galleries to watch the beauty of nature, we see mountains over there. So that's why I prefer rural areas more.

Do you prefer views in your own country or in other countries?
Candidate
I feel my country has a lot of scenic beauty as well. I'm myself from Jammu and Kashmir and I have this personal experience as well that Kashmir is also known as Switzerland. So there are a lot of faces present in India as well which has great beauty. So it can't be compared to the other countries.
Do you like taking pictures of different views?
Score: 68.0Suggestion: Be more concise, correct grammar and remove repetitions. Start with a clear topic sentence, then add one or two specific supporting details using linking words. Also correct article/noun agreement (e.g., “a very good photographer,” “my phone gallery is filled”) and avoid repeating words like “there.”
Example: Yes, I enjoy taking pictures of different views. For example, whenever I see striking clouds or a mountain scene, I take out my phone and photograph it, so my phone gallery is full of landscapes. In particular, I like capturing sunsets and cloud formations because they change quickly and create dramatic colors.
Do you prefer views in urban areas or rural areas?
Score: 72.0Suggestion: Provide a direct topic sentence, then give concise, specific reasons linked logically. Fix grammar and word choice (e.g., “in them” instead of “in their”, avoid filler words like “like”). Limit to 2–3 sentences and use linking words such as “because” or “for example.”
Example: I prefer views in rural areas because they offer more natural scenery. For example, where I grew up in Jammu and Kashmir I can step onto the terrace and see mountains and valleys, which I find more peaceful and photogenic than city streets.
Do you prefer views in your own country or in other countries?
Score: 60.0Suggestion: Make the response clearer and avoid vague or incorrect phrases (“a lot of faces” likely meant “places”). Give a direct stance, then support it with a specific comparison or example. Avoid absolute statements like “it can't be compared” and correct grammar and word choice.
Example: I generally prefer views in my own country because India has many beautiful regions. For instance, Kashmir’s lakes and mountains remind me of Switzerland, and other areas like Kerala and the Himalayas also offer stunning landscapes, so I often enjoy domestic scenery more than overseas views.
× Yes, I consider myself a a very good photographer.
✓ Yes, I consider myself a very good photographer.
Duplicate 'a' is a typing error. Remove the extra 'a' to form the correct indefinite article usage: 'a very good photographer'. Ensure only one article appears before the noun phrase.
× I love clicking pictures.
✓ I love taking pictures.
'Clicking pictures' is understandable but nonstandard; native speakers usually use 'take' for photos. Use the verb + -ing form with a common collocation: 'taking pictures'.
× Every time I go outside or whenever I see there are different clouds in the there in the sky or I see a very scenic beauty, I just take out my phone and try to click as much pictures as I can.
✓ Every time I go outside or whenever I see different clouds in the sky or very scenic views, I just take out my phone and try to take as many pictures as I can.
Multiple issues: redundant 'there' and incorrect collocation 'a very scenic beauty'. Use plural 'views' or 'scenes'. 'As much pictures' is incorrect—use 'as many pictures' for countable nouns. Also use 'take' instead of 'click' for standard usage.
× My phone galleries is also even filled with a lot of scenic pictures rather than my own photos.
✓ My phone gallery is also filled with a lot of scenic pictures rather than my own photos.
Subject 'phone gallery' is singular, so use 'is'. 'Galleries' plural contradicts 'is'; choose singular 'gallery' and remove unnecessary words 'even' and 'also' redundancy. 'Filled with a lot of' is acceptable but can be concise.
× It includes skies, mountains and all the other landscapes which I can see with my own eyes.
✓ It includes skies, mountains, and other landscapes that I can see with my own eyes.
Replace 'all the other landscapes which' with 'other landscapes that' for natural relative clause use. Use commas for list clarity.
× I feel rural areas are a better choice while considering the scenic beauty which is present in their.
✓ I feel rural areas are a better choice when considering the scenic beauty that is present there.
Use 'when considering' instead of 'while considering' for this context. 'Their' is a possessive pronoun; use 'there' to indicate location. Also replace 'which' with 'that' for restrictive clause.
× Because I myself am from Jammu and Kashmir and I come from a very rural place there and have seen like whenever we wake up or we go to a terrace or we come out of our rooms and go out in the galleries to watch the beauty of nature, we see mountains over there.
✓ I am from Jammu and Kashmir and I come from a very rural place. Whenever we wake up, go to the terrace, or step outside our rooms to look at nature's beauty, we can see mountains.
Remove filler 'myself' and 'like', simplify repetition. 'Go to a terrace' should be 'go to the terrace' or 'go out to the terrace'. 'Go out in the galleries' is unclear; replace with 'step outside our rooms'. Ensure verbs are parallel and commas separate clauses.
× So that's why I prefer rural areas more.
✓ So that's why I prefer rural areas.
'Prefer' already expresses comparative preference; adding 'more' is redundant. Remove 'more' for concise, correct English.
× I feel my country has a lot of scenic beauty as well.
✓ I think my country also has a lot of scenic beauty.
'Feel' is acceptable but 'think' is more natural for opinions. 'As well' can be replaced with 'also' in mid-position. Tense remains present.
× I'm myself from Jammu and Kashmir and I have this personal experience as well that Kashmir is also known as Switzerland.
✓ I am from Jammu and Kashmir, and I have personal experience that Kashmir is often called the 'Switzerland of India'.
Avoid 'myself' here; use 'I am'. 'Known as Switzerland' is vague—common phrasing is 'called the Switzerland of India' or 'often compared to Switzerland'. Clarify the comparison and improve natural phrasing.
× So there are a lot of faces present in India as well which has great beauty.
✓ So there are many beautiful places in India as well.
'Faces' is incorrect word choice; use 'places'. 'A lot of' can be replaced with 'many' before countable plural noun. Ensure subject-verb agreement: 'places... have' if expanded, but rephrase to avoid agreement issue.
× So it can't be compared to the other countries.
✓ So it cannot be easily compared to other countries.
'The other countries' is awkward; use 'other countries' without 'the'. Add 'easily' to reflect probable intended meaning. Use full form 'cannot' for formality.
