× there are Public Library
✓ there is a Public Library
The phrase 'Public Library' is singular, so the verb should be 'is' instead of 'are'. Also, the singular noun requires the indefinite article 'a'.
× So when there was a choice, I don't know what is the library to go to.
✓ So when there was a choice, I didn't know which library to go to.
The sentence mixes past and present tense incorrectly and uses an awkward structure. 'Didn't know' matches the past tense 'was', and 'which library to go to' is the correct phrasing.
× I do not afford go to the library
✓ I cannot afford to go to the library
The verb 'afford' requires 'can' as a modal verb and the infinitive form 'to go'. 'Do not afford go' is incorrect.
× the last time when I go to the library is was when I go to my university
✓ the last time I went to the library was when I went to my university
The past tense 'went' should be used consistently to describe past events. 'Go' is present tense and incorrect here.
× I decided to go to the library to repairing for my classes
✓ I decided to go to the library to prepare for my classes
After 'to' (to + verb), the base form of the verb should be used, not the '-ing' form. 'Repairing' is incorrect; 'prepare' fits the context.
× I do not go to the library when I was a child
✓ I did not go to the library when I was a child
The negative past tense requires 'did not' plus the base verb. 'Do not go' is present tense and incorrect for past events.
× It has two big reasons
✓ There are two big reasons
To express existence of multiple reasons, 'There are' is correct. 'It has' is awkward and less natural here.
× my home that is quiet and it doesn't have a Public Library
✓ my hometown is quiet and it doesn't have a public library
'Hometown' is more appropriate than 'home' in this context. Also, 'public library' should not be capitalized unless part of a proper noun.
× that's my room have every book that I want
✓ my room has every book that I want
The subject 'my room' is singular and requires the verb 'has'. 'Have' is plural form and incorrect here.
× I actually doesn't have to go travel to Chinese
✓ I actually don't have to travel to China
The subject 'I' pairs with 'don't' not 'doesn't'. Also, 'go travel to Chinese' is incorrect; 'travel to China' is correct.
× I am Vietnamese kids
✓ I am a Vietnamese kid
The subject 'I' is singular, so 'kid' should be singular and preceded by 'a'. 'Kids' is plural and incorrect here.
