Honestly speaking, I never make a list before I shop, I just go to the supermarket and run through the aisles and buy whatever I need just as it comes to my mind. But I think I'll make a habit of preparing a list in future so that I don't miss anything.

I don't think so. Making a list for my work would be necessary because this is the work I'll be doing every day for five days a week. So I never made a list mandatory to work, but if I had a chance to do my list before going to work, I would like.
