× I'm not able to sing like a Rihanna and the other singers.
✓ I'm not able to sing like Rihanna and the other singers.
The definite article 'a' is incorrectly used before a proper noun 'Rihanna'. Proper nouns do not require an article unless specified. Remove 'a' before 'Rihanna'.
× when people told me to sing, I got flustered immediately.
✓ when people tell me to sing, I get flustered immediately.
The sentence refers to a habitual or general situation, so present tense should be used instead of past tense to indicate repeated or current occurrences.

The preposition 'during on' is incorrect; 'during' should be followed by a noun without 'on'. Also, 'pandemics' should be singular 'pandemic' as it refers to a specific event. 'Dropped off' is incorrect in this context; 'dropped' is appropriate. 'Can't' should be past tense 'couldn't' to match past context. 'Dropped singing' is incorrect; 'stopped singing' is the correct expression.
× If I would be more confident about my voice, I would like to sing to my mother.
✓ If I were more confident about my voice, I would like to sing to my mother.
In conditional sentences expressing hypothetical situations, 'If I were' is the correct form, not 'If I would be'.

The preposition 'like' is incorrectly used here. The verb 'enjoying' should directly follow without 'like' to express the intended meaning.
