Part 1

Examiner

Do you like singing? Why?

Candidate

To be honest, I don't like singing because I don't think my voice is good enough to sing and I don't wanna take joy from out of the my friends. That's why I don't prefer singing.

Examiner

Have you ever learnt how to sing?

Candidate

Actually no 'cause it's never been a priority in my life. However, I kinda always wanted to sing better and to be honest, I'm not even sure that maybe I'm using my voice correctly.

Examiner

Who do you want to sing for?

Candidate

I wanna sing for my girlfriend and for my friends. Maybe one day I will become a very good singer if I study on how to improve my singing skills.

Examiner

Do you think singing can bring happiness to people?

Candidate

Of course, in Ottoman Empire, people were using music and singing as an instrument to heal people. They were believing that music can heal people's soul. That's why I agree with this idea.

Grammar

Incorrect use of prepositions

× I don't wanna take joy from out of the my friends.

I don't wanna take joy out of my friends.

The phrase 'take joy from out of the my friends' contains redundant and incorrect prepositions. The correct preposition to express deriving joy from someone is 'out of'. Also, the definite article 'the' before 'my friends' is unnecessary. The corrected phrase is 'take joy out of my friends'.

Incorrect use of pronouns

× I don't wanna take joy from out of the my friends.

I don't wanna take joy out of my friends.

The phrase 'the my friends' is incorrect because 'my' is a possessive pronoun and does not require the definite article 'the'. Using both together is redundant and grammatically incorrect.

Incorrect use of prepositions

× Maybe one day I will become a very good singer if I study on how to improve my singing skills.

Maybe one day I will become a very good singer if I study how to improve my singing skills.

The verb 'study' is not followed by the preposition 'on' when it is followed by a clause starting with 'how'. The correct form is 'study how to improve', not 'study on how to improve'.
