When you got it
I received this smartphone as a gift from my family about two years ago during my birthday. It was the latest model at the time, and it came with a variety of advanced features that were quite new to me.
How often you need to use it
The frequency with which I use my smartphone is quite high. I would say it's almost constant throughout the day. From the moment I wake up, I use it to check my messages and emails, and this continues intermittently until I go to bed. It's also my go-to device for entertainment, like streaming music and videos, when I'm commuting or have some downtime.
And explain why you find this piece of technology difficult to use
Despite its numerous functionalities, I find this smartphone somewhat challenging to use mainly because of its complex user interface and the constant updates it requires. Each update often changes the interface slightly or adds new settings that I have to familiarize myself with. Additionally, managing privacy settings and understanding app permissions can be quite daunting, as they are not always straightforward. This complexity sometimes makes me feel like I'm not using the technology to its full potential, which can be frustrating.
