What the competition was

For the starter, I made a fresh spring salad with a homemade vinaigrette. The main course was a pan-seared salmon with a lemon butter sauce, accompanied by asparagus and roasted potatoes. For dessert, I prepared a classic lemon tart with a twist of ginger. The challenge was not only to cook delicious food but also to present it beautifully to impress the judges.
