Honestly, I'm not sure we can maintain the same energy as we age. We slow down and lose muscle, making things we used to do harder. Older people often can't do certain things because they lack the strength, or they get tired quickly if they do. It's important to stay active and not be overweight to keep going as long as we can, but aging is a natural process. It would be nice if there was a cure or something to boost our energy, but unfortunately, there isn't.
