To some degree, yes. We still need teachers for pronunciation and correcting mistakes, so that's the same. But now we have more English resources like apps, videos, and games, which help us get more exposure to the language. However, I think only motivated students will benefit from these, and for me, a teacher is still the best way to improve quickly.
