I don't support the idea of formal relaxation classes for children and young people. Relaxation should inherently be a natural process, best learned through unstructured play and leisure. Formal classes could paradoxically increase stress levels. Instead, efforts should be directed towards reducing the sources of stress, such as excessive homework and overly competitive school environments.
