× Actually I have a vivid imagination, also quite good memory, so I can remember some of my dreams.
✓ Actually I have a vivid imagination and a quite good memory, so I can remember some of my dreams.
The original lacks an article before 'quite good memory' and uses 'also' awkwardly; add 'a' before 'quite good memory' and replace 'also' with 'and' to join two noun phrases smoothly. Use consistent noun phrases with appropriate articles.
× Most of them will fade away quickly, but some of them, uh, stay in my mind.
✓ Most of them fade away quickly, but some stay in my mind.
Using 'will' is unnecessary for a general statement about dreams; the simple present expresses habitual truth. Remove filler 'uh' and the repeated 'of them' for conciseness and correct present-tense usage.
× And now I remember wondering my head before I was about my future life.
✓ And now I remember wondering in my head about my future life.
The phrase 'wondering my head' is incorrect; use 'wondering in my head' or 'wondering to myself'. Also 'before I was about my future life' is ungrammatical; change to 'about my future life'. This fixes preposition and word order errors.
× When I find my dreams interesting or unusual, I share them with my friends.
✓ When I find my dreams interesting or unusual, I share them with my friends.
Sentence is grammatically correct; 'with' correctly indicates sharing. No change needed. (Included for completeness.)
× Also, I like to, uh, see their reaction and hear their story about their dreams.
✓ Also, I like to see their reactions and hear their stories about their dreams.
Use plural 'reactions' and 'stories' to agree with 'their' referring to multiple friends. Remove filler 'uh'. The plural nouns better reflect multiple people.
× But when I have ordinary dreams, I try to keep them a secret.
✓ But when I have ordinary dreams, I try to keep them secret.
'Keep them a secret' is acceptable, but 'keep them secret' is more natural and concise. Either form is grammatically correct; the suggestion improves style.
× I don't believe that dreams have more and deeper significances.
✓ I don't believe that dreams have deeper or greater significance.
'Significances' is rarely used; use the uncountable 'significance'. Also reorder adjectives to 'deeper or greater' and use singular 'significance' to match typical English usage.
× I think umm, they reflect what umm, we've been thinking about or our experience in our daily lives.
✓ I think they reflect what we've been thinking about or our experiences in our daily lives.
Remove fillers 'umm'. Use plural 'experiences' to match 'what we've been thinking about' which refers to multiple instances. This improves parallel structure.
× Uh, also they are all about our thoughts and emotions.
✓ They are also about our thoughts and emotions.
Remove filler 'Uh' and place 'also' in a natural position. The corrected sentence is clearer and grammatically natural.
× Yes, especially my dreams about my personal life or a career, uh, related dreams.
✓ Yes, especially dreams about my personal life or my career-related dreams.
Original is awkwardly punctuated and ordered. Combine 'career' and 'related' as 'career-related' and include 'my' for clarity. Remove filler 'uh'.
× But I know I can't achieve them over one night.
✓ But I know I can't achieve them overnight.
'Over one night' is not idiomatic; 'overnight' is the correct adverb to express not achievable in a single night. Tense/modal usage is fine; change improves natural phrasing.
× So umm, I'm trying to work towards them to have them in the future.
✓ So I'm trying to work towards them so I can have them in the future.
Remove filler 'umm'. Use 'so I can' to express purpose/result; 'work towards them to have them' is awkward. This clarifies intention and corrects infinitive usage.
