× For me, my favorite food is definitely durian.
✓ For me, my favorite food is definitely durian.
No grammatical correction needed; sentence is acceptable. Keep as is. Note: 'For me' and 'my' are slightly redundant but acceptable in spoken English; no error category from list strictly applies.
× It has a sharp shell and it smells kind of stinky from most of the people.
✓ It has a hard, spiky shell and it smells unpleasant to most people.
Original uses 'sharp shell' (awkward adjective) and 'smells kind of stinky from most of the people' (unnatural preposition and phrasing). Replace with 'hard, spiky shell' and 'smells unpleasant to most people' for natural English. 'To' is the correct preposition after 'unpleasant' when indicating affected people.
× They don't accept the smell of it.
✓ Many people don't accept its smell.
'They' is vague; 'many people' is clearer. 'The smell of it' is wordy; 'its smell' is concise and natural.
× However, I loved it really much.
✓ However, I really love it.
Context is present preference; use present tense 'love' not past 'loved'. 'Really much' is unidiomatic; 'really love' or 'love it very much' are natural.
× When I was young I loved sweet food, for example, like ice creams and sort of cakes.
✓ When I was young, I loved sweet foods, for example ice cream and cakes.
Keep past tense 'loved' (correct) but adjust nouns: 'sweet food' -> 'sweet foods' (plural) and 'ice creams' -> 'ice cream' (uncountable or singular as a category). Remove extra 'like' and 'sort of' which are unnecessary.
× However, when I grew up I got a bad throat that makes me couldn't eat sweet.
✓ However, when I grew up I developed a throat problem that made me unable to eat sweets.
Original mixes tenses and incorrect verb forms: 'got a bad throat' is unnatural; 'developed a throat problem' is better. 'Makes me couldn't' is incorrect (mix of present and past); use past 'made me unable' or 'has made me unable'. 'Eat sweet' should be 'eat sweets' (plural) or 'eat sweet foods'.
× So yeah, I missed the time when I could eat a lot of sweet food.
✓ So yeah, I miss the time when I could eat a lot of sweet foods.
If speaker currently longs for past experience, present 'miss' is appropriate. Alternatively, if referring past feeling, 'missed' could be used. Also 'sweet food' -> 'sweet foods' or 'sweet food' as uncountable; 'a lot of sweet food' acceptable. Chosen correction uses present 'miss' to reflect current sentiment and plural 'sweet foods'.
× Well, for me, definitely yes, since every season has its iconic food and different season has different sort of different food that were great.
✓ Well, for me, definitely yes, since every season has its iconic foods and different seasons have different types of food that are great.
Multiple issues: subject-verb agreement ('different season has' -> 'different seasons have'), plurality ('iconic food' -> 'iconic foods'), awkward phrasing 'sort of different food' -> 'types of food', and tense/number agreement 'that were great' -> 'that are great' to express general truth.
× So definitely yes I do.
✓ So definitely yes, I do.
Minor punctuation: add comma after 'yes'. Grammar is acceptable; keep present tense 'do' for habitual action.
× Well, definitely yes.
✓ Well, definitely yes.
No correction needed; sentence is acceptable as a short spoken response.
× When I was young I used to crave sweet food, sweet fruits.
✓ When I was young, I used to crave sweet foods and fruits.
Keep past habitual 'used to' (correct). Make nouns parallel and plural: 'sweet foods and fruits' or 'sweet fruits' is acceptable. Added comma after introductory clause.
× However, now I grew up and I found that sweet foods are bad for our throats.
✓ However, now that I've grown up, I've found that sweet foods are bad for our throats.
Original mixes past 'grew up' with 'now'; use present perfect 'I've grown up' or 'now that I've grown up' to indicate change up to present. 'I found' -> 'I've found' matches current realization.
× It will harm our throat and make us gain weight.
✓ They can harm our throats and make us gain weight.
General statements about foods should use modal 'can' or present simple. Use plural 'they' referring to 'sweet foods' and plural 'throats'. 'Will' implies a definite future result for everyone, which is too strong; 'can' is more accurate.
