People quickly position themselves where the train doors might open, and as soon as they do, everyone rushes in, pushing to get on the train. This happens mainly during the busy rush hours.

No, not really. In subway stations, especially during rush hours, it's more like a crowd than a queue. People often push past each other to get in because it's so packed. There are just too many people, which makes forming a proper line almost impossible.
