Yes, I think the older generation is better at fixing things. They grew up in a time when fixing was more common because buying new wasn't always an option. They have a lot of hands-on experience with tools and repairs. Plus, they learned these skills from their parents or out of necessity. They value repairing over replacing, partly because of economic reasons and partly due to their upbringing.

I don't think the older generation is necessarily better at fixing things. Younger people have access to online tutorials and resources that can teach them how to fix almost anything. Modern technology requires different skills that older generations might not have. Also, many young people are into DIY and have developed strong skills. Plus, with affordable replacement parts and repair services, fixing things isn't as necessary as it used to be.

It really depends on what needs fixing. If it's something mechanical, the older generation might be better because they have more experience with such things. But when it comes to electronics, younger people might have the edge because they're more familiar with modern technology. Also, it depends on the individual's interest and willingness to learn. Some people, regardless of age, are naturally good at fixing things because they're curious and resourceful.
