I'm going to talk about my experience learning Spanish. Spanish is a language that has always fascinated me due to its rich history and widespread use across the globe.
What you did
To truly immerse myself in the language, I decided to spend a summer in Spain. I enrolled in a language school in Barcelona, where I attended intensive Spanish classes every morning. In the afternoons, I explored the city, interacted with locals, and practiced speaking as much as possible. I also stayed with a host family, which was an incredible opportunity to practice Spanish in a real-life setting every day.
How it helped you learn the language
This immersive experience was invaluable in helping me learn Spanish. Being surrounded by the language constantly forced me to think and communicate in Spanish, which accelerated my learning process significantly. The classes provided a solid foundation in grammar and vocabulary, while the daily interactions with locals helped me improve my conversational skills and pronunciation. And how you felt about it
