Part 1
試験官
Are there tall buildings near your home?
受験者
Yes, there are quite a few tall buildings near where I live. Two well known examples are Lotte Mall and Eon Mall. They are both large modern buildings that attract a lot of visitors, especially on weekends.
試験官
Do you take photos of buildings?
受験者
Not really. I usually take photos when I'm posing for a picture and a building happens to be in the background. I rarely photograph buildings by themselves because architecture isn't something I'm particularly interested in.
試験官
Is there a building that you would like to visit?
受験者
Yes, I'd love to visit the If a Tower someday. It's one of the most famous landmarks in the world and I've seen it in countless photos and movies. I think it would be exciting to see it in person and enjoy the view from the top.
試験官
Do you want to live in a tall building?
受験者
No I don't. One reason is that I'm afraid of heights, so living on a high floor would probably make me uncomfortable. Besides that, I think it can be inconvenient at times, especially if the elevators are crowded or out of service. I'd personally prefer living in a lower building where I can move around more easily.

スコア: 85.0提案: Câu trả lời rõ ràng và tự nhiên, nhưng bạn có thể cải thiện bằng cách thêm chi tiết cụ thể hơn về khoảng cách, chức năng của tòa nhà hoặc cảm nhận cá nhân để làm phong phú nội dung. Hạn chế lặp từ (ví dụ: ‘large modern buildings’) bằng cách dùng từ đồng nghĩa và thêm một câu ngắn kết nối để mạch lạc hơn.
例: Yes, there are several tall buildings close to my home. For instance, Lotte Mall and Eon Mall are only a ten-minute walk away; both function as shopping and entertainment centers. Because they host cinemas and restaurants, they attract many visitors, especially on weekends.

例: Not really. I usually only take photos of buildings when I’m posing for a picture and a building happens to be in the background. For example, I sometimes take photos in front of shopping malls or historic sites when I travel, but I rarely photograph architecture on its own because I’m not very interested in architectural details.
Is there a building that you would like to visit?
スコア: 80.0提案: Ý chính rõ ràng nhưng có lỗi nhỏ (tên tòa nhà viết nhầm: “If a Tower” nên là “Eiffel Tower”). Nên cung cấp thêm lý do cụ thể hơn (ví dụ: kiến trúc, lịch sử, trải nghiệm quan sát) và dùng liên từ để kết nối các ý. Tránh câu chung chung như 'one of the most famous' mà thêm chi tiết cụ thể để tăng tính thuyết phục.
例: Yes, I’d love to visit the Eiffel Tower someday. I’ve seen it in many films and photos, but I’d like to experience its iron lattice architecture up close and learn about its history. It would also be exciting to go to the top and enjoy the panoramic view of Paris.
Do you want to live in a tall building?
スコア: 90.0提案: Rất rõ ràng, có lý do hợp lý và liên kết tốt giữa các câu. Để hoàn thiện, bạn có thể thêm một chi tiết cụ thể (ví dụ: số tầng lý tưởng, trải nghiệm cá nhân với thang máy) để minh họa quan điểm và làm câu trả lời cá nhân hơn.
例: No, I wouldn’t. I’m afraid of heights, so living on a high floor would make me feel uncomfortable. Also, tall buildings can be inconvenient—for example, I once waited twenty minutes for a crowded elevator during a power outage. I’d prefer a low-rise building with easy access to the street.
× Two well known examples are Lotte Mall and Eon Mall.
✓ Two well-known examples are Lotte Mall and Eon Mall.
The phrase 'well known' should be hyphenated as a compound adjective before a noun: 'well-known'. Use hyphen to link words that function together as an adjective to modify a noun. Suggestion: Use 'well-known' when placing the compound adjective before a noun; no hyphen is needed when it follows the noun (e.g., 'They are well known').
× I usually take photos when I'm posing for a picture and a building happens to be in the background.
✓ I usually take photos when I'm posing for a picture and a building happens to be in the background.
No correction needed; sentence is grammatically correct. Present continuous 'I'm posing' and 'happens' (present simple for general fact) are appropriate. (Included only because sentence contains present participle form but is correct.)
× I'd love to visit the If a Tower someday.
✓ I'd love to visit the Ifa Tower someday.
The original contains an extra article 'the' and an incorrect spacing in the name. Proper nouns (building names) generally do not take 'the' unless part of the official name. Also combined 'If a' into presumed correct 'Ifa'. Suggestion: Use the correct building name without an unnecessary article. If the intended name is different, use the accurate proper noun.
× No I don't.
✓ No, I don't.
A comma is needed after 'No' to separate the interjection from the clause that follows. Add a comma for correct punctuation and clearer sentence flow.
× I'd personally prefer living in a lower building where I can move around more easily.
✓ I'd personally prefer to live in a lower building where I can move around more easily.
After 'prefer' when expressing a general desire, use the infinitive 'to live' rather than the gerund 'living'. Both forms can be used but 'prefer to' is more natural in this context. Suggestion: Use 'prefer to live' for clarity and standard usage.
