× I do use the headphones even though while practice of the IELTS speaking and listening, I use the headphone because it makes me so much concentrate on the listening as well as speaking.
✓ I use headphones when I practice IELTS speaking and listening because they help me concentrate on listening and speaking.
Original sentence misuses 'while practice' and 'makes me so much concentrate' and has article/number issues. Use present simple 'I use' for habitual action. 'When I practice' is the correct clause. 'Headphones' plural matches usage. Replace 'makes me so much concentrate' with 'help me concentrate' for natural collocation and correct verb usage.
× And even though while watching the movies and listen to music, I often use the headphones because it makes me so much clarity that what the words I'm listening.
✓ When watching movies and listening to music, I often use headphones because they make it much clearer to understand the words I hear.
Remove unnecessary 'the' before 'movies' and use gerund forms 'watching' and 'listening'. 'Headphones' plural and pronoun 'they' agree. 'Make it much clearer' is the correct expression; 'that what the words I'm listening' is ungrammatical—use 'to understand the words I hear.'
× So yes, I think it would be I have helpful for me.
✓ So yes, I think they are helpful for me.
Original mixes conditional and possession incorrectly. Use simple present 'they are helpful' to state an opinion about headphones. Use 'they' to refer to 'headphones' and 'helpful for me' is correct phrase order.
× Well, I have two kind of headphones, first one the stereo one it are the bigger one inch size and they are black in color and the second one is the Bluetooth.
✓ Well, I have two kinds of headphones. The first is a stereo pair; it is the larger, over-ear type and is black, and the second is a Bluetooth pair.
Use plural 'kinds' after 'two'. Break into clearer clauses. 'Stereo one it are the bigger one inch size' is incorrect: use 'it is the larger, over-ear type'. Maintain subject-verb agreement ('it is').
× They can be connected wirelessly.
✓ They can be connected wirelessly.
Sentence is correct; keeps modal 'can' with base verb 'be'. No change needed.
× So I have the both of the wire and wirelessly headphones and both are beneficial for beneficial for me while using the laptop and computer.
✓ So I have both wired and wireless headphones, and both are useful for me when using my laptop or computer.
Remove 'the' before 'both' and use 'wired' not 'wire'. Use parallel adjectives 'wired and wireless'. 'Beneficial for beneficial for me' is repetitive; use 'useful for me'. Use 'my laptop or computer' for natural phrasing.
× I use the wire based uh headphones on a phone in.
✓ I use the wired headphones with my phone.
'Wire based' should be 'wired' and 'on a phone in' is incorrect. Use preposition 'with' or 'on' plus 'my phone'. Simplify to 'with my phone.'
× Well, I, when I will work on the laptop and computer, then I will definitely use the headphone because I think it makes a sound so much easier to understand and I will listen to music and watch the movies, uh, while using the headphones.
✓ When I work on my laptop or computer, I definitely use headphones because they make the sound much easier to understand, and I listen to music and watch movies while using them.
Do not use 'will' in time clauses introduced by 'when' for habitual actions; use present simple 'When I work'. Use plural 'headphones' and 'they make the sound much easier to understand'. Use parallel present simple for habitual actions.
× So I think it makes so much inconvenient me to understand the content.
✓ So I think it makes it very difficult for me to understand the content.
'Inconvenient' is incorrect here; use 'difficult' or 'hard'. Correct word order is 'makes it difficult for me to understand'. 'So much' replaced with 'very' for natural emphasis.
× Well, I'm a person who is suffering from the migraine and when it get triggers I have a lot of pain in my head and then I avoid to use the headphones because I think it makes my condition so much worse.
✓ I suffer from migraines, and when one is triggered I have a lot of pain in my head, so I avoid using headphones because they make my condition much worse.
Use 'I suffer from migraines' rather than 'I'm a person who is suffering from the migraine'. 'When it get triggers' is incorrect: use 'when one is triggered' or 'when a migraine is triggered'. Use gerund 'avoid using' instead of 'avoid to use'. 'They make my condition much worse' uses correct plural pronoun and adjective order.
× And even though even I could not able to concentrate on the sound of the headphone because it makes me so much irritated so I give prefer to use it.
✓ Also, I cannot concentrate on the sound of headphones because they make me very irritated, so I prefer not to use them.
Use 'I cannot' or 'I am not able to' rather than 'could not able'. 'Headphone' should be plural 'headphones' and pronoun 'they' used. 'Makes me so much irritated' -> 'make me very irritated'. 'I give prefer to use it' is incorrect; use 'I prefer not to use them.'
