Mass tourism often raises the prices for locals, including rent and dining out. Additionally, there's the issue of street noise and pollution from cars and planes. And about the jobs created by tourism, many are in restaurants or souvenir shops and tend to be low-paying. So, they don't contribute as much to the local economy as some might believe.
