I prefer making lists on paper because I like the feeling of writing things down. It's easier for me to remember things that way, and I enjoy crossing things off the list when I'm done.

I like using my phone for lists because it's always with me. I can change things easily and use apps to help me organize better. Plus, I can share my lists with friends if needed.
