Band 7 Example
Topic: Describe a person who shows his/her feelings very openly
Example
An expressive friend Who he/she is I'm going to talk about my friend, Emily, who is one of the most expressive people I know. She has this incredible ability to wear her heart on her sleeve, and it's something that makes her truly unique among my circle of friends. How you knew him/her I first met Emily during our university days. We were both part of the same study group for a psychology class, and we quickly became friends. Her openness and honesty were immediately apparent, and I was drawn to her genuine nature. Why you think he/she is such a person Emily is the kind of person who doesn't hide her emotions. Whether she's ecstatic about something or feeling down, she expresses it openly. I think this stems from her belief that being transparent about one's feelings is essential for authentic relationships. She often says that life is too short to keep emotions bottled up, and she practices what she preaches. For instance, if she's happy, she'll laugh wholeheartedly, and if she's upset, she won't hesitate to share her concerns with those around her. This level of openness can sometimes catch people off guard, but it's also what makes her so endearing. How you feel about him/her I have a lot of admiration for Emily. Her ability to be so open with her emotions is something I aspire to. In a world where many people tend to hide their true feelings, Emily's transparency is refreshing. It has taught me the importance of being honest with myself and others. Her openness has also strengthened our friendship because I know I can always count on her to be truthful and supportive. Overall, I feel grateful to have someone like Emily in my life, as she constantly reminds me of the value of authenticity and emotional honesty.
