Band 7 Example
Topic: Describe a photo that is special to you
Example
A cherished family photo When and where it was taken I'm going to talk about a photo that is very special to me. It was taken about five years ago during a family vacation in the picturesque countryside of Tuscany, Italy. We were staying in a charming villa surrounded by rolling hills and vineyards, and the photo was taken on the last day of our trip, just before sunset. Who are in the photo In the photo, you can see my entire immediate family: my parents, my younger sister, and my older brother. We are all standing together with the beautiful Tuscan landscape in the background. My dad is holding a glass of wine, my mom has her arm around my sister, and my brother and I are standing side by side, smiling at the camera. Why it is special to you This photo is incredibly special to me for several reasons. Firstly, it captures a rare moment when all of us were together, relaxed, and genuinely happy. With everyone's busy schedules, it's not often that we get to spend quality time as a family. Secondly, the trip itself was a memorable experience filled with laughter, delicious food, and beautiful sights. Every time I look at the photo, it brings back those wonderful memories and reminds me of the strong bond we share as a family. And explain whether you will keep it for a long time I absolutely plan to keep this photo for a long time. In fact, I have already framed it and placed it on my bedside table so that I can see it every day. It's a constant reminder of the importance of family and the joy that comes from spending time with loved ones. I also have a digital copy saved in multiple places to ensure that it is never lost. This photo is a cherished keepsake that I will always hold dear, and I hope to pass it down to future generations as a testament to our family's love and unity.
