Renting
Landlord / Landlady: The person who owns the property and rents it out.
The owner of the property: The individual who has legal ownership of a building or land.
Tenant: A person who rents a property from a landlord.
Renter: A person who rents a dwelling or a room.
Roomer: A person who rents a room in a house.
Lodger: A person who lodges, especially one who pays rent for a room in another's home.
Lease: A legal document outlining the terms of a rental agreement.
Sign the contract: The act of formally agreeing to the terms of a rental agreement.
Cost: The amount of money required to rent a property.
Rent: A payment made by a tenant to a landlord in exchange for occupying a rented property.
Per month: A time frame for rental payments, indicating the cost is due each month.
On monthly basis: Referring to something that occurs every month.
Security: Money paid in advance by a tenant to a landlord to secure the property.
