I don't think there will ever be a law that everyone in the world accepts. Every country has its own culture and beliefs, so what is right in one place might not be right somewhere else. For example, some countries have strict rules because of religion, while others are more relaxed. Even basic things like freedom or privacy mean different things in different places, so it's really hard to make one law for everyone.

There are some laws that most countries agree on, like banning child labor or protecting basic human rights. These are almost universal, but even then, some countries don't follow them strictly or have their own way of interpreting them. So, while there are some exceptions, it's still not 100% universal.

Maybe in the future, as the world gets more connected, people will start to agree on more things. For example, global problems like climate change might force countries to work together and make some universal laws. Also, technology makes it easier for people to understand each other, so maybe that will help too.
