I started using the Internet when I was 7 or 8 years old. Due to weather conditions, I could not visit school sometimes, so I had to open our school site and get some homework done.

To be honest, I'm chronically online even though I'm not a fan of using my phone every 5 seconds of my life and I'm trying to control myself and limit the time I spend on my social media but umm, I fail most of the time.

As far as I remember, it never happened to me. My parents never limited the time I spent on the Internet. However, they did restrict me from using my phone in general or a computer, so it was terrible for me.

To my own shame, I spent scrolling Tiktok or using any other social media too much. It affects my life negatively and the reason for that is that I feel a lot of anxiety and I'm stressed out. I have a fear of missing out.

Ideally, I tend to think that I would be much more productive without the Internet because I would not have a reason to procrastinate scrolling Tiktok for example. Uh, but to be honest, I think I would just have another source of procrastination.
