Yes I do because I'm a junk food lover. If I don't write a list before I go shopping, I would buy snacks like crisps and chocolate bars instead of vegetables, fruits and dairy products and that's very unhealthy. So I would make a list definitely.

On my phone definitely because if I do that I will have a more structured well structured list that makes me easier to arrange my errands. Also all the paper would all leave almost all of my computers devices, but I would still use computer.
