× When I have plenty things to do, I do create lists not to forget any of my tasks and to stay organized and focused.
✓ When I have plenty of things to do, I do create lists not to forget any of my tasks and to stay organized and focused.
The phrase 'plenty things' is incorrect because 'plenty' as a quantifier requires the preposition 'of' before a plural noun. The correct form is 'plenty of things'. This ensures proper quantifier usage and grammatical correctness.
× So I put main. So I put things in listing priority so the main task will be up and less important thing will be done.
✓ So I put things in listing priority so the main task will be up and less important things will be done.
The phrase 'put main' is incomplete and unclear. Also, 'less important thing' should be plural 'less important things' to agree with the context. The sentence was corrected to remove the fragment and fix plural agreement.
× I in my opinion making lists may seem a little bit old fashioned for some people nowadays, but I know that many of my peers creating lease in their phones in the app called Note, so some people I guess tend to.
✓ In my opinion, making lists may seem a little bit old fashioned for some people nowadays, but I know that many of my peers create lists on their phones in an app called Notes, so some people, I guess, tend to.
The original sentence has multiple issues: 'I in my opinion' should be 'In my opinion' (correct prepositional phrase). 'creating lease' is incorrect; it should be 'create lists' (correct verb form and noun). 'in their phones in the app called Note' should be 'on their phones in an app called Notes' (correct prepositions and article). The sentence was restructured for clarity and grammatical correctness.
× As I mentioned before I have journal so I really into journaling and mostly I write down things in my journal lists also.
✓ As I mentioned before, I have a journal, so I am really into journaling and mostly I write down things in my journal lists as well.
The sentence lacked articles: 'have journal' should be 'have a journal'. Also, 'really into journaling' requires the verb 'am' to be grammatically correct. 'also' at the end is better replaced with 'as well' for naturalness. Commas were added for clarity.
× But when I don't have my journal with me I tend to write in my phone in app notes.
✓ But when I don't have my journal with me, I tend to write on my phone in the Notes app.
The preposition 'in my phone' is incorrect; it should be 'on my phone' because we use 'on' for devices. Also, 'in app notes' should be 'in the Notes app' with the definite article and proper noun capitalization. A comma was added after the introductory clause.
