Normally, I usually chat with my friends about family matters or personal experiences I have had. For example, I we often share stories about our daily life or challenges we face. Talking about this thing help me feel relaxed and build my energy.

I prefer to track with only one friend because I am an introvert and feel more comfortable in one-on-one conversations. When I talk to just one person, I come for care better and express myself more openly.
