Do you make a list when you shop?
考生
I don't really make a list because I often randomly pick the stuff that I guess I need. I started with listing it first, but after that I remember that I also need to buy another stuff too, so I will use it as a direction, but I will not stick with the list that I made before.

Why don't some people like making lists?
考生
I guess it's because how we process the information and then the process of how we work on something is different. And for me especially, I don't think that doing something in order could be able to make me do the work efficiently. So I while I do the stuff randomly based on my pace, I can do it more effectively.

Do you prefer to make a list on paper or your phone?
考生
I prefer to make the list on the phone because I know that I will always bring the phone with me. So whenever I need to check on the list, then I'm gonna, uh, be able to reach my phone easily rather than using the paper because I I'm easy to forget and if I write it down on the paper, then I might lost the paper.

× I often randomly pick the stuff that I guess I need.
✓ I often randomly pick the stuff that I guess I need.
The word 'stuff' is an uncountable noun and does not have a plural form, so 'stuff' is correct here. No correction needed.
× I also need to buy another stuff too,
✓ I also need to buy other stuff too,
'Stuff' is uncountable, so 'another stuff' is incorrect. Use 'other stuff' to refer to additional uncountable items.
× I will not stick with the list that I made before.
✓ I will not stick with the list that I made before.
No singular/plural error here; 'list' is singular and correctly used.
× So I choose to just doing the stuff that I remember

After 'choose to', the base form of the verb should be used, not the '-ing' form.

The phrase 'rather than to' is incomplete and incorrect here; it should be 'rather than that' or 'rather than doing so'.
× I guess it's because how we process the information and then the process of how we work on something is different.
✓ I guess it's because the way we process information and the way we work on something are different.
The original sentence has awkward structure; 'the way' is needed to correctly express the manner of processing and working, and subject-verb agreement must be maintained.
× So I while I do the stuff randomly based on my pace, I can do it more effectively.
✓ So while I do the stuff randomly based on my pace, I can do it more effectively.

✓ I prefer to make the list on my phone because I know that I will always bring my phone with me.
Use 'my phone' instead of 'the phone' to indicate possession; 'on my phone' is the correct prepositional phrase.
× So whenever I need to check on the list, then I'm gonna, uh, be able to reach my phone easily rather than using the paper because I I'm easy to forget and if I write it down on the paper, then I might lost the paper.
✓ So whenever I need to check the list, I can easily access my phone rather than using paper because I tend to forget, and if I write it down on paper, I might lose the paper.
'Check on the list' should be 'check the list'; 'reach my phone' is better as 'access my phone'; 'I I'm easy to forget' is incorrect and should be 'I tend to forget'; 'might lost' should be 'might lose'; 'using the paper' should be 'using paper' as 'paper' is uncountable here.
